acaiberry detox lp
This was an order on the internet advertised the product was free. as long as shipping of 3.95 was paid. My credit card was charged 3.95 on 12/16/08. this is the date it was ordered. The product arrived on Jan. 1 2009, along with my credit card statement, with an added charge of 87.13. I called my credit card co and reported this. They said they would take care of this unauthorized charge. They have since debited my credit card for another charge of 87.13. The original product has been sent back to the company. I purchased the free trial then cancelled my obligations and noticed a prime time savings charge on my credit card statement. Acai berry claims to not know what this is, and then I ck this website out. Thank goodness I used a non secured credit card and not my debit card, in which I am in the process of disputing with the card company. But buyers beward, they are fraudently using your financial information and unless you are savvy then you could be out of a lot of money. ordered the "free" trial and was to be charged $3.95 for shipping...order was delivered and i am now being charged $87.13 in addition to the shipping cost. I never authorized this amount, so the lure is to get your credit card number so that they can bill what they want. I had ordered two pair of different UGG boots one set came they did not seem to be true uggs (total different size then other ugg boots which were purchased at Norstroms and did not look like uggs.) One set never came at all. Paid for two true ugg boots for daughter so now have no uggs . They have gone through my mastercard as "jeans Express"

I have had to cancel my debit card and also cannot access my account to get any money out because this company has over $200 worth of charges pending in my checking account. This is a scam...very misleading. They tell you that you get a free bottle if you pay for the S&H but what they fail to tell you is that the first 14 days worth is all that is free. I filled out an offer for a sample of their products. Before sending my credit card information, I read their terms and conditions. When I found out they would not refund my shipping, I "X'ed" out of the order form before sending my credit card information. Somehow, they got it anyway, sent me their product, and have not only refused to refund my shipping charges but I now have to pay MORE shipping to have the product shipped back to them, they will not accept anything marked "Return to Sender." I have over 5, 000 people receiving their advertising on an e-mail alias and we have unsubscribed numerous times. I have called twice and it keeps coming. They were with an e-mail service that dropped them, joined another seems they have dropped them. Now I am back to calling the company. This is not acceptable. DO NOT EVER GIVE THEM YOUR E-MAIL address!

I brought them a diamond to mount, paid for it...and wait forever for it to come in. Finally I call the store to see whats going on and the manager gets on the phone to tell me they LOST my diamond and I would have to pay for another one if I wanted it mounted!!
Theft! Plain and simple!! And they wouldnt even give me my money back to have the diamond set!

Big K Vending
Big K Vending has left their soda machines and snack machines on site without refill nor communication for two months. Machines are in poor condition and are to the point of taking money without giving the selected item. When you call Big K Vending the number has been disconnected. Advertisements on Craigslist nationwide as hiring for USPS jobs. It tells you to call a number in Florida and ask for a varying extension. I called this, and the same guy answered each time as a different person. Last time I called it was Eric Gold.
He then asks for $89 plus $20 in shipping to be paid immediately towards "study materials" for a USPS exam. When prompted, he had no explanation as to how this fits in with USPS's hiring procedure. And when questioned further, he became hostile and hung up the phone.

It was my first time ordering online. I thought I wouldn't have to wait long. I rang the store to see what was happening with the pizza's. He said, "Oh, it'll take 45mins -1 hour to be delivered or he would refund all my money. The cheeky buggers delivered the pizza a couple of seconds before the 1 hour was up. I was timing. I made a purchase on 12/26/08. I received a statement of my order and payment thru PayPal. I had sent 4 emails and two phone calls to TPW. On 1/05/09 I got an email from TPW, telling me it was on back order and it would be shipped from another warehouse and that I would receive the item in 4 or 5 business days. I have sent another email after that 4 or 5 days. I still have not received any response what so ever from TPW. They have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. All I can say is you better be happy with the watch you order if you are a United States buyer. I placed a telephone order for 1 snuggie blanket as seen on t.v. The machine took all the info down but didn't give me a chance to answer questions and the machine just went on and on. I only ordered 1 blanket and got 1 free plus 2 free lights. Now they say that my order will take 2 to 6 weeks because they were out of the product. I don't need the blanket for the summer.
