So I order Acai Berry for free...just pay shipping of 3.95. About 1 week later, I am charged 89.31. Yes I am irate, and call the bank, they tell me when I receive the product to send it back with a tracking number. It's been 15 days. I responded to an offer I found on FAcebook advertising a free trial packaged of WuYi diet tea. I gave the company my visa account number and address (big mistake) to pay for the $4.95 shipping cost. I responded to an order for a free sample of Acaipure but have been billed twice for $44.90 which appears to be a full order of the product. I have a similar compaint to the one I found on this web site. I orderd my FREE trial bottle of ACI berry. The bottle arrived and I after taking the product for two weeks saw no results. I purcased a Bagel with Cream cheese this morning with a large coffee and the woman who makes the coffee was using her arm and hands to wipe the snots that were dripping from her nose. Obviously she was sick. OMG I was so grossed out I threw out my coffee and food and I will nver go back again. The supervisor was standing right next to her as well. I also think that all the Dunkin Donuts stores on Route 99 in Wethersfield are diluting there coffee. It just doesnt taste the same anymore. i recently purcahsed two pair of classic Ugg Boots from Hellougg online. One of the pairs split at the back seam almost immediatley so i contacted them to arrange a return and refund. I was asked to send photos to prove the fault and they admitted that the seam was faulty. After numerous E Mails i was told they would not give me any refund with no explanation. Just days after receiving my "free trial" my credit card was charged the full $59.95. I was 3 days into my "free trial" when this happened. Upon calling, I was told to retun the unused product for a full refund, minus shipping costs and my card would be refunded. Per Stacy, the representative, a refund would not take place until 14 days AFTER their unused product was received. My physician has instructed me to not use this substance, Acai-aSlim, and when attempting to cancel, the email address listed on the bottle, www.penalabs.com, appears to be invalid. Would like to have my name removed from any future mailings and billings, however at this point, it seems to be an impossibility. I also accepted the "free/shipping costs only" trial offer. Afte receiving the "automatic" follow-up supply, I called to tell them to not send any more product or bill my account. That was, I think, in October. In December, I was billed TWICE for $29.99; once on the 11th and once on the 29th. (Guess they were collecting for Christmas bonuses.) I purchased an indian outfit (like a dress) from this website. I discussed with them prior to submitting my order how to provide them with my measurements. They explained that I should take certain measurements and that was all they needed to make the outfit. I can honestly say I have witnessed the following: - Twice elderly patrons have had accidents in the restaurant which resulted in feces on the floor and one of the clothed benches. Watch out for this agency as you can't trust them and they will offer you fake promises. I have my own experience through them. I moved from Florida to Dallas leaving my best paying job behind just taking these guys words and ended up in an entirely new place without a job. Not only i didn't get the job i was promised, as the hospital didn't had a vacancy(which i was unaware of) and infact they didn't even receive any records about my contract. I placed an order 11/13/08 for free trial/cost shipping 4.95. When I saw no invoice showing this, I immediately tried to call them and reached a recording telling me I would have to wait 61 minutes in order to talk with anyone.
