I am very worry and need and urgent advice before the something happen to someone again. On Saturday 08/07, my wife, my son (2) my aunty and I were traveling to Calais using Euro tunnel. I have many pictures to show the shoddy work this "Dr." did to me. My liposuction is lumpy on my stomach & one leg has an indentation. Before I realized how bad it/he was, I had him do a "simple" procedure. Now I have a pull on my eyelid. When I complained, he said he didn't notice it. In 2004 december i shifted from manali in himachal pradesh to maharashtra ahmednagar. I had sent all my utensils and other household things by DTDC courier. The DTDC courier from himachal to ahmednagar damaged almost 60 % of the utensils and goods. If you are in a remote place don't send any goods by this courier in india. I was admitted for two weeks in hospital and treated with zyprexa for Bipolar Mood Disorder. In the two weeks my tummy swollen up and my weight increased tremendously. Just bought American Choice Angus Beef Patties from Sam's Club. The outside of the box has 1/3 pound Angus Beef Patties in large print and small print indicates more fillers than a cafeteria meatloaf. As a consumer, I think it should not be allowed to say Angus Beef unless it is 100% and when it isn't, it must say clearly under the Angus Beef, what percentage. The same problem happened with Kona Coffee and it now requires when you use the name Kona Coffee, you must indicate what percent. FALSE ADVERTISING, MISREPRESENTATION! Subhiksha staff of sec: 16 Chandigarh agreed to provide vegetables and fruits for my cousion's marriage. On the day of marriage, when we called up Subhiksha staff, they told us that few material is pending, rest is sent to the site of marriage. On verifying the items we found only 20% had been delivered at the site. This is what these so called professional supermarket chain has done. I had an issue several years ago when this pharmacy gave me the completely wrong prescription and shrugged it off as no big deal. My husband needed something filled due to oral surgery. So I gave them our insurance card since he never gets anything filled. 40 minutes of phone calls and the Pharmacists says we are not covered. I am speechless. I purchased some razor blades at your 1531 Bayview Ave store in Toronto and wanted to return them as they were $ 3 more than Pharma Plus (most of their items are overpriced but it was convenient). I tried to return them but because another person had used their optimum card for the purchase and they werent with me, I was told I couldn't return it without this card. This was a $ 13 item and I find it ridiculous that their system cant reconcile optimum card points electronically without the physical card there. Women's catalog clothing company Monterey Bay does not refund shipping on any items, even if they are defective. The quality of their clothing is poor. I bought three items and two of them were defective. I tried to exchange them, but they didn't have any more in stock. I asked for a refund on the items and also on the shipping. Just yesterday I purchased a seersucker blazer from the store. While sitting at work today, I felt something poking me underneath my arm. I took the jacket off to look what it was. I have a big problem with the staff at Sears dental they are very rude and they make you wait atleast 45 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. It is tragedy that I went to big bazar to buy a computer table two weeks back. They gave me a packed item and they told that, fitters will come and do the fittings within 2 - 3 days. I am still waiting and already this is second week and nobody turned up. After waiting for 4 days I thought let us open and try to assemble myself. Unfortunately when I opened the the it I found two damaged pieces in the item.
