I've also had a problem receiving a refund for a product that I was first told was in stock and then told was on backorder. The order was placed last summer and I finally canceled it in November 2010. I was told to wait 2-3 billing cycles on my credit card for the refund to show up. My husband purchased 2 zoupon vouchers to attend Sparadise for a two 3 hr treatment package. This was for my Christmas present. Illumibrite has been offering a free trial of their teeth whitening system. I fell for it and ordered it on-line. Illumibrite charged me $94.97 for a club membership after sending me a free trial of their product. I used a credit card to pay for the shipping and handling. I ordered HCG high purity (3 vials), diflucan from India and tested the HGC on a pregnancy test when it arrived. It tested negative that is how I know it is fake. I googled after the fact and found another person had the same problem.
