I booked through Hotels.com in advance. I asked for a room for five of us. One included my daughter in a wheelchair. I was told we would have a room with 2 double beds and a sofa. When I arrived, i was given a room on the second floor and the hotel had no elevator. So they gave me a room on the ground floor, but the handicap parking was on the other side of the building. Made and paid for a hotel reservation online with Met Global trading DHR Discount Travel. Booked hotel in Paris for myself and my daughter (2 females travelling alone). When I arrived at the hotel no room was available and no details of the booking. We arrived at 22.00 and were faced with the prospect of being left in Paris with no overnight accommodation. Had to contact the police who were helpful. Incredibly stressful situation made worse by being unable to contact DHR on the phone numbers supplied. I took my car in for routine service on a Friday. They serviced the car, charge $200+. The next day it began making a horrible noise so we took it in on Tuesday. Now they claimed it needed a new fan belt. Charge $100+. They should have caught this problem on Friday. I believe that the mechanic did something (loosened the fan belt) and they are now charging me for bad work that they did. I won't use them again because I don't trust them. I purchased jewelry from 2 different jewelry stores in Cozumel Mexico. When we left port and on the ship I had the gemologist look at the jewelry and she confirmed it was fake. We reported this via phone to our bank to hold payment and they did not. I was able to return the one purchase to the one store but the other more expensive sent the item back.
