BA is too lazy to determine the length of delays when they SHOULD know exactly how many flights are into and out of any airport they are due to arrive at. Global World Event Planners were recommended to sell my timeshare by the resort, and it was based on that recommendation that I hired them. I ended up having to wait almost 2 weeks longer than I was supposed to wait, because of some hitch with the transfer, but when I did receive it they didn't even apologize. read full review »

My husband and I booked a reservation at the Comfort Suites on September 14, 2010 for king suite @114.99 per night for arrival on August 26th and departure on August 28th of 2011 and received a confirmaiton. We are going to the NASCAR Bristol race, this is my husbands birthday present, so we booked well in advance (almost a year). On Sunday, May 22nd, the hotel decides to call me and tell me they are cancelling my reservation because they have overbooked the hotel by 50 rooms. Buyer beware. I booked a hotel room at the Wyndham using booking.com believing it to be the official site of Wyndham. I received an acknowledgement promptly from Agoda ? with a booking.com booking number. The telephone/fax number was from outside the US.. An hour later I received another confirmation - this time with not one, but two confirmation numbers, both different from the first. upon moving in to the high adobe guest villa's Lana Rayburn requires a $200.00 cash deposit. After living there for 6 mos. They asked us to leave by telling us a lie that the room was reserved. On move out day keeping in mind the $200.00 cash refundable deposit, I left the room en excellent condition. They did not do a routine walk through and told us they had 24 to 48 hours to return our deposit. 2 weeks later I have not heard from them and they refuse to pay back our deposit.. The Doubletree Hotel by Hilton seemed like a safe option for 2 weary travellers seeking a simple night in with room service in a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff, facilities, food and customer service failed in every aspect of our expectation. The sales pitch and the product are substantially different. We were told (they are careful not to out any of this in writing) that there would better options than we can receive through our Interval International membership. Every vacation I've researched I can find the same or better price on my own. I've requested two quotes on cruises and have never gotten a response. Travel Bug Holidays is a SCAM. Their offers are more expensive than when you book individually from sites like wotif.com. + Travel Bug holidays literally steals 200 bucks off you for their "money-saving-deal" when providing no deal at all. For example, on their site they have a deal 2-for-1, where you pay for 1 night in a hotel and stay for 2. Never say nobody told me. We booked our Disney's trip through bookit.com. I wish I never did. There re lot of much better compnies to give the business to and get better service. We are paying for the service, we deserve better. They can go screw themselves. They were not the cheapest but, they had the package i needed and I booked before I shop other websites. My mother bought ticket through travel agent and paid more (then prices on internet) in order to get isle seat prior the purchase. She has medical problem with her knee and have to seat in isle seat. I have another timeshare that owned and traded it in, what a mistake. When we stayed there all we got was a room facing a wall. Nice view a WALL these guys are scammers, liars and cheats. We have tried to sell our time share but could not do it. They called us and said they would rent our time share out to conventhions in Los Vegas. We have not signedanything on any paper, we did it all online. They ask for 10399.00. Then they sent us the paperwork to do the transaction. We where very neighev and sent the money. We just bought a Festiva timeshare. Got suckered into the going on the 90 min tour for the free laptop. Well we went to this said name 90 min tour that ended up being like 4 hours when it was all said and done with for this free laptop. The tour was full of all sorts things that seemed to be to good to be true so we ended up getting a time share that ended being about 7.000ish. We filled out all of the contracts and went home. II stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks the Property Manager asked for 170.00 for a key deposit and said when I vacated I would get the deposit back. I stayed 2 weeks and upon leaving he did not return my deposit instead sent me a 30 dollar check after a month. I cleaned the room and kept my side of the rental agreement. Joseph Noon is a thief. Robin Hotel in Robbinsdale, Minnesota is not an honest or decent place to stay. After investigating this I learned he has done this to many people. I did not cash his 30 dollar check. Dear Sir/Madam I stayed with the Crowne Plaza Grand Rapids from Monday 22nd November 2010 and checked out on Monday 29th November 2010 and was charged to my Barclays Visa debit card. The same card was put down by me as a gurantee on my room as that was required by the hotel, a photo copy of the card was taken by them. They call you an tell you win something and then try to sell you a vacation package to Mexico for 5 days 4 nights and another to Orlando, Daytona and Bahamas. The price start at $1, 130 and then they lower it to $599 which you think its not bad and then you buy. Hello I received a letter from seasonsholidays.com last month (over 4 weeks ago) saying I had won a membership to seasonsholidays worth £3750. I was asked to pay an annual management fee of £390 which they claim all seasonsholidays members pay. I ignored the letter. They have just written to me again saying they were very surprised I did not claim the prize and have offered to pay 50% of the annual management fee leaving me with a fee of £195 to take advantage of one of their resorts at a fraction of the normal... read full review »
