I checked into my condo that I rented on February 20th, 2009. Upon checking in, apparently the previous renters needed a crib and it was still in the unit. I called and asked to have it removed. Promised that this was not a time share and no additional fees. When we went to make the reservations and we were informed we were subject to extension fees and that we had to attend a time share seminar. We demanded a refund which that passed us around to several different team members and finally being told that we could not get a refund. BAD EXPERIENCE...granted, I knew I would not purchase a time-share, but was curious and was told by friends who has sat through other presentations that it was high pressure sales but worth getting the gift. I called Disney resorts to inquire about a postcard that I received stating there was a $500 gift card offer with a 5 night stay. The lady on the phone could not find that offer that was sent to me and rudely commented that the only offer she sees that was sent to me was a 30% off room rates. Since we've signed up with To Go Consulting, LLC, we have yet to use any of their products. However, the only grief I have is how much money it cost. This company works unprofessionally with their clients. They don't know how to properly book the clients plane trips with the international flight times. If there incorrect with the flight time the company won't reimburse for your expense.
