We got a bank statement and found out that it was the fault of Surplus Supplier, a compant which we have NEVER even heard of up until now, much less given any rights whatsoever to take money form our accounts. I had fallen behind of some of payments to Care One due to nurmerous medical problems. I signed up for a program GE MONEY offered by paying a minimum fee each month for 9 months at a rate of $16.98 every month. In the meantime they were suppose to freeze the account by not adding late fees, over limit fees etc. Of course I get another statement by Care One and again they continued to add interest rates, late fee and over limit fee. I was trying to book a return flight from Cairns to Brisbane with Jetstar thru Best Flights web site and as i got to the last stage of confirmation, after entering my credit card details, i got an error message saying that it had failed and i had to search again. I have tried for three months in a row to make a reservation on their website and phone and can never get through to them. We paid a lot of money to stay in Cobo and to this date still have not secured any kind of a room . I think the better business bureau and the state general's office should look into this resort and the handling of reservations etc.. I booked a holiday to Corsica with Airlinair from Bezier in South West France to Bastia in Corsica on the 28th June and returning on the 5th July 2008. The airline turned up one hour late from Bezier but we got off the ground and made it to Bastia an hour late. I stayed in this hotel in July 2008 and I am just writing to advise other people not to do the same. It is dirty and outdated, some of the furniture is torn and chipped and the cleanliness in the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. When I complained, I was offered a free cup of coffee in their shabby bar and the staff were more interested in tuning in the TV. I loved Brighton but this hotel lets the place down badly and I would urge people to only use it as a last resort.
