This is an update on my dealings with this company. Just like many of you, I fell for the free trial offer. When I received the package, I tossed it on the dresser and forgot about it. Life got in the way and I did not cancel during the trial 14 day period. The next thing I know, I've got a charge of $79.56 to my checking account for a 30 day supply. On March 3 2008 a check 1, 682.02 was sent and cashed for two Safety Cabinets which never arrived.Spoke on the phone with Doug Furnish 5 to 6 times, he assured me the cabinets were in the mail. I soon found out that Doug Furnish had filed chapter 11 which was finilized on February 28 2008, yet he cashed my check on March 6 2008. I have not even received the CD and did not really sign for it but gave my credit card number because they said it was only for 1.99. Then the following month my bank account was credited 72.21 and .58 which I did not even authorize. I purchased a water heater through E-bay, from this company in Feb 2009 to replace a water tank and this unit seemed like just the thing. I was to recieve access to an online database of grants, resource center and helpline for the three day period. This company advertises a free test trial that in fine print guarantees nothing. They send out trial that takes five to seven or more days shipping so no trial of product is allowed. Mine was sent to wrong zip and came to late to try. I called to cancel on day they gave me as due and they had already charged my card and said it was too late.
