Went to this centre after seeing it on Deal.com.sg with a friend. The first impression should had allowed us to know that this place is going to be dingy. Swarovski has a terrible product exchange policy: my kids saved up their money to buy their mother a crystal for her birthday. After buying it, we realized it had a clear defect. I returned it to the "One Raffles Place" Swarovski store in Singapore where it was purchased simply wishing to exchange it. I bought a dv4-2112tx hp pavilion laptop from matrix centre. The first day it self the keyboard stopped working hp repaired but did not give a replacement. I am here to lodge a serious and frustrating complaint about Courts SIngapore's so called extended warranty under its supashield. 3 and a half years ago I bought a SONY 40inch Bravia TV from courts. I ordered a set of Kingston DDr2 800 -8 Gb Memory Modules and payment of $70.00 was made. A few days later when inquiry of delivery of items were made via e-mail the sales manager tells me he does not have stock of the ordered item. I have emailed these people in China almost 30 times just to confirm this order prior to payment and they confirmed they have the product. But after payment was made they tell you they don't have stock. What a bunch of Scammers. Beware of them. I have terminated my post-paid mobile phone line with Starhub since last year. And following that, I have requested multiple times for Starhub to transfer the outstanding credit amount for that post-paid mobile phone line against the cable TV. Hi I have booked my flight tickets from KL to Singapore through website www.zuji.com.sg. I have been charged SG 257.98 for the tickets but the receipt with I have received from Air Asia is of only SG 182.44. It is clearly mentioned that the agent has been charged only 182 for the tickets. No where in the breakup of ticket cost they had mentioned that they would chanrge SG 75 as a service fee. This supplier claimed that they are the Authorised ERGO Baby Carrier in China. After purchsing a Chocolate Baby Carrier from them I sent it to the ERGO Retailer for verification and found out that it is non-authentic.
