I have been billed $9.99 for a service called "Ring-N-Rock." I have never heard of this service nor have I ever used it. The charge appeared on my T-Mobile bill. T-Mobile gave me contact information that never leads to a live person. Instead it directs you to an e-mail address for complaints. I have sent three and received not response. I have attemted to text STOP to the number provider by T-Mobile, but it responds that I do not have an account. I have even entered my cellular number into their interactive response number. I received a certificate for the salon for a day spa treatment from my son. First of all they did not record my appointment correctly. They had my appt down for another day. My wife and I bought my Maytag Atlantis Washer (MAV7600AWW) and the spin and drain cycles have not been working properly. My wife never knows when she will have to run the rinse or spin cycle again because the machine didn't spin the cloths dry or worse, the machine did not even drain the water out of the tub! Today I received a statement indicating my account was past due for $119 (which I electronically paid last week) and the statement came to a total of $206 due on February 23, 2010. Ironically, I received a communication stating that my account was delinquent in the amount of $206 and it was to be paid immediately! This bus transportation should be closed, it is not responsible enough. It always bring kids late to school, kids education is very important they should arrive to school on time. Its not like 1 or 2 times a month its like 2-3 times a week kids are late to school. Don't use this plan!!! They charge $400 up front and $1.95 per withdrawl. In my case thats $634 over the course of the loan. That alone is a payment and a half on my car loan. They make one payment a month to the bank, not two. All they are doing is taking your money and making your payment. Save your money and put an extra $634 down on your purchase price. This has happened on four separate occasions. I frequent online purchases and each comes with tracking codes to verify where and when your package is and arrives. I was a WaMu salaried loan officer and JP Morgan Chase took over in July of 2009. All WaMu employees were told that they were allowede to carryover up 2 weeks of vacation time until 06/2010. I was released on 02/05/2010 and I was told by HR that I was not entitled to vacation pay. I was told to speak with my former manager. I went online to get my 3 free credit reports and was charged $24.95 and $39.95 for the reports, even though the website stated that the reports were free if you cancelled the membership within 9 days. I got the repports on 2/06 and cancelled on 2/10. That seems like within 9 days, but I guess I can't count. When I complained, they said I had used the service so I had to pay for it. I have sent letters to my credit card company and Experian's address given to me by the very nice but completely clueless operator I spoke with at Experian. We will see what comes of it.
