We purchased our Select Comfort mattress 3 years ago. No complaints until it started to lose air. Called customer service number and was treated terribly! Very sarcastic on the phone and not willing to help whatsoever. I asked if I could pay to have someone come out and check the problem. I am a disabled person of working age. I received a large sum of back pay when I took my Social Security judge awarded me over $60, 000. I was informed that General Revenue Corporation was supposed to let the Internal Revenue Service know that I was under a payment plan, with my payroll checks being garnished at 15% of my gross pay. I personally found out that due to their lack of communication, the Internal Revenue Service took my money that I was suppose to receive, according to H&R Block. My GE Adora Dryer purchased through Home Depot started making horrible noises. After two service calls (expensive) and no fix I was advised to call GE since the drum was flared and was still under warranty. The tech said he had seen a lot of this with these dryers. GE refused to replace the drum, telling me the warranty was for only one year. My owners manual only covers 3 models of GE dryers. They tell me that I have the wrong manual and it does not cover the drum, even though the manual says it does. I was told that the manual covers many appliances, (not true) and did not cover mine. My order from Hearthside was delivered badly damaged. It took over 2 MONTHS to receive a working replacement that they are now trying to charge us for twice. I have spent countless hours calling, emailing, etc. with very little response and absolutely no apology out of anyone. Some of the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. I just purchased a HP P2035n LaserJet Printer. The printer works great and is quite fast. Here is the big problem!!! The price of the cartidges is ridiculus. I have purchased two cartidges and they were more than the cost of the printer. I am trying to find recycled cartidges, but because the printer is so new no one carrys them. I am going back to my old printer where I can get cartidges for 1/2 the cost of HP or Office Depot cardtridges, the two biggest ripoffs. We have reported our internet/dsl problems everyday for a week and half. They keep passing the problem from 1 person to the other person, each one saying it is fixed. I have a refrigerator purchased in September, 2007, model # RS2530BSH. First last Feb, 2009 the control panel goes out and surprise that's not covered and since it was the electronics, OK I guess. My husband and I both tried your new Roast Burgers (bacon cheddar) and your potato bites. We were very disappointed. The Roast Burgers had very little meat. We also had mozzarelli sticks and potato bites. Both had the same coating, which was changed from the original recipe. The bites were inedible, even when dipped. I called the company to see about a refund but they did not even want to listen to my situation and just told me that it was not their problem. They claim I was approved for 5000.00 loan but I need to provide 6 Months of payments ahead of time (806.00) After receiving the they called back and told me I need to provide and 6 months of payments and the money would be deposited in my account that day.
