Went for an exam and purchased glasses on 1/4/2010. Realized after a week or so that I could not see the way I should. Went back to see if the Dr. Allen would recheck me. They did recheck the prescription as they had to order this out. I authorized a "free" sample of teeth whitening tooth paste from Whiter Smile. As it turned out, I had to pay shipping charges of $3.61. HORRENDOUS MOVERS. Their customer service representative couldn't be any more professional, attentive and responsive. I purchased a granite counter top through Pacific Sales. UGMC is the provider of the countertop. The installation has been a nightmare from measurement, to repair of mistakes ( holes for faucet cut in wrong place) ( wood panel split by forcing granite into place, overhang 1/4" longer than ordered caused sticking of drawers). I agree totally with ALL of the complaints. I also purchased Ultrex Convection Oven and it caught on fire. HSN sells HORRIBLE electrical products. The only thing that still works is the Joy M. I ordered my pills, then contacted the company not even knowing if they recieved my order, they told me that when I was billed was when my trial began, after 10 days on a 14 day trial they billed me the memebership which was $169.95. We had a Smart Meter installed on our box about 9 months ago. This morning, I woke up to the smell of burning. After ripping down ceiling tiles looking for the source, I found that the Smart Meter was the object that was causing the smell due to it melting.
