These guys are sleaze. Vocus.com took us for 4000$ which we are currently trying to get back from our credit card company. Vocus insisted that we needed this in order to make a good online reputation. How could I be so gullible? The ad I got from vocus.com was a joke. This store has the worst customer service I've seen in 10 years. I bought a laptop that was offered on the website with a package worth $150. They gave it to me without th package saying they can't match the offer and then I came back again to replace it with another laptop since I felt like being deceived and they wanted to charge me a restocking fee for exchange. The manager was very rude. I spent over $4000 over the years on this store but this will be my last time buying from Bestbuy. We purchased Direct TV at Sam's Club from what we thought was a Direct TV representative instead he was a Smart Circle International employee. The package was totally misrepresented and the information given to us was a complete lie. Fortunately we called the actual Direct TV customer service in time to cancel. Agency is worse than useless and handles hiring for most of the good jobs in my town. Always posting standing job orders to generate applications when no jobs exist, are never taking applications or even in the office at the start of the normal workday, deduct cost of drug testing, background checks, etc. from workers' first paychecks, make would-be workers reapply every six months to stay active. The owner of all of these businesses is a professional scam artist. He has harmed people all over the US and overseas as well. He not only take people for their money and time but also for their services. Flying J Ripon, CA I've been to some poorly managed truckstops before but this one takes the cake. My concern lies with the parking issue. This place allows everyone to park anywhere they please and the employees and manager lack concern as to how drivers are going to get out to deliver their load when blocked completely in. I was on hold for over 45 minutes trying to talk to someone about my service contract. My treadmill has needed service several times and each time I call UTS, I wait over 45 minutes on hold before talking to someone. I've spent hours on hold and they are unable to fix my treadmill. In 8/09 I made a major charge on my Juniper Barclays account causing my balance to be right at the credit limit. I planed on paying this down off of the limit line before any finance charges hit my account.
