Nowhere in the electronic form of this product is written that you will be charged, right on the other hand, they say you are paying only handling and shipment taxes. On Monday, November 2, 2009 Sears Service Center would not remove and rotate tires, with lifetime rotation option, purchased from store because mechanic broke a stud removing the nut. Furthermore, he claims the nuts were put on incorrectly and could not be responsible. As a soldier recently returning from a deployment to Iraq, I found that my goverment credit card had been used without my consent, and had filed an identity theft report with the local police department and the FTC. I had charged over $600 for Todo es to make custom slipcovers for my couch in late August 2009. In early September I emailed pictures of my couch to them. Late September I got an email from them informing me that they were moving to Texas. Early October I got measurement forms to get this information to production. They handled my claim incorrectly and filed against the wrong employer. The GA Department of Labor has no way to file a claim and correctly list a employer with PRN employees. They have filed the claim against the wrong company and I have never gotten my payment from my ex employer and they actually filed against a company that I am working in a PRN status for. They have basically screwed up everything and I am the one suffering the concequences of they incompitence. The website advertised excellent video and audio quality on the series. This is not the case! Ultimately, I was sent 3 copies of this series, supposedly by different suppliers in China. All 3 had poor video quality. There were mislabeled duplicate shows, and the quality on a number of them was terrible. Some skipped, stopped, or wouldn't play at all. I went in to get a perm yesterday. I was told it would take a couple hours to complete because I have such long hair. I was fine with that. The stylist, however, had no clue what she was doing.
