Now I have a collection agency (Hilco Receivables LLC) woman threatening me for collection if I don't pay her something day. Pharmacist on duty on 11-3-09 between 11am and 3pm contacted a prescriber that had called in persriptions in for me. After informing me that I had signed a contract with a pain center. I made a photobook for my vacation photos with Inkubook, never received the book. Waited 3-4 weeks. I don't know if it was a problem with UPS - I have no idea. Supposedly it was delivered here and then sent back to Inkubook (the shipper). I ordered their frog-o-sphere and all I received was a plastic tank, some gravel and a bamboo plant. I have waited three weeks and called customer service FOUR times. Each time, they say there is nothing they or I can do, no one I can talk to and that I should just wait another two days and hope for the best. Oh, and since I set up the tank to keep the bamboo from dying, I can't return it for a refund. So $40 plus shipping has gotten me a $2 piece of bamboo and a dinky tank and gravel. EAM strikes again...(see previous complaint)... they told the SCC that they sent a check for $60, 450 to my 1st lender...well, they did. But, 2 days later is BOUNCED. Now if I had sent anyone a check for $60, 000 and it bounced I would be arrested and thrown into jail. My 1st lender is unfazed by this, and will not accept a wire transfer. They will accept another check from EAM though, and hold on to it for 30 days to wait for it to clear.
