Delivery of furniture has changed 3 times in 2 months, we just bought a new house 2months ago and still have no furniture very unsatisfied with this company. ashley furniture of fairfield california and there delivery company.the reason we bought furniture was because husband is having surgury and he needs something that supports him. know we have no furniture.
every time we have called to find out what was going on, we got the run around or nobody called us back.they state the couch we ordered is in but the recliner is not and they will ship it to us when both are in. the only way they will ship the couch to us is if we pay another shipping fee. read full review »

I order this game Wizard 101 for my grandson. The second time you took money out of my account I contacted you and told you I did not want the game anymore. You told me you could not return my money, so I told you to cancel the game for me because I did not want to get charges on my account anymore. My grandson does not even play it anymore, even after I told him it was paid for again. I do not have extra money for you to go in take just whenever you want to . My daughter wanted to get the modeling course in John Casablanca Center in Miami, Florida and I made a downpayment for $250.00.Then I realized I couldn't afford the school and I was requesting a credit for the admission fee of $250, 00 for the next year becuase my husband lost the job and I couldn't afford it . After placing this order on 9/21/09 and canceling 9/24/09 under the auspices of this being misrepresented as $1.99 charge for shipping and handling only to my credit card, I found out that my credit card had been not only charged for the $1.99 but also for $49.95. I have called repeatedly and been told the refund would be credited back to my account. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED. I’ve hired CustomScoop in order to remove some posts made by an ex employee that showed up in Google and Yahoo and they ripped me off. First they said that I need to pay $2000 dollars to have it removed, then they asked for $1000 more and still did not do anything to help my reputation. I still have those links in top positions and have not heard anything from them, they won’t return my calls or my money. Custom Scoop just ripped me off. Do not trust them.

On 10/31/09, I recieved a home equity line of credit with a new check book to use. I Went to a Lowes store in my small home town. I spent 4 hours looking for several items (over 40 items). I wrote a check to cover the cost. Certegy Check Services uses a faulty profiling system to approve checks and nothing else. My $660.89 check was denied in front of my girlfriend several members of my comunity (that I know and go to church with), three employees of Lowes and a manager. They used a telemarketer and called to 'verify' my yellow page listing, I get these calls frequently, so I did not worry or end the call. They rattled of something disclaimer sounding about adding something to my phone bill. I said clearly, " I do not authorize you to add anything to my phone bill." Then they sent me a letter saying they would start charging my phone bill for a crappy website that they made! When you call to cancel, the service number hangs up on you. I think I have effectively cancelled it by calling the main contact number. We will see. We are not a business, but a non profit. They are scamming charities! read full review »

I ordered my ink cartridges in September and received an email saying my order was processed and had been sent out via Royal Mail post. My money has been taken, however the goods still not received. I do not know if the package is caught up in the backlog of mail or if it wasn't sent at all, owing to the company having gone bust in the same week. I booked a limo through AM2PM limo's because they have a very professional looking website advertising a 1st class service with top of the range limo's, so I gave them a call and booked the new arrival advertised on the website, white caddillac escalade which they quoted me £550 orginally but kindly did it for £525.

When i emailed the company who were advertising with official branding etc they did not dispute the fact that the boots were in fact fake! They then stated in very broken english that to get a refund i had to return the boots to CHINA!!! The shipping for this is more than half the cost of the boots!! We have spent more than $7, 500.00 with this company and have yet to have a reasonable experience with them. Incomplete paint, parts which do not fit into each other, Promises which are simply ignored (They promised an anodized finish but supplied a painted one), wrong tracking numbers, bad attitudes ("How should I know where your order is?"), and now, wrong size poles (87.5" poles which they admit should have been 93"). My house was supposed to be steamcleaned last weekend between the old tenants moving out on Friday and my housemate and I moving in on Monday. We arrived to find that one bedroom's hoovering filled up half a tank of a bagless hoover. From my research it appears that many others have had the same problem and whoever is making the charges is using a variety of business names, locations, & phone numbers.
