UHOMESCOURCE>CO
Susanazuzu December 14, 2009
I first ordered Income Easy Street online on Nov. 24th 2009. It said it was FREE and I only had to pay shipping. I hesitated to put in my credit card info, but went ahead and did that. After doing so, on the next page, it said they would charge my card something like 130.00 or something! THEN, if that wasnt fraudulent enough, in small print way down the page, they said ANOTHER company called AHC UHOMESOURCE would be charging my card 29.95 for the companion information!!! I was sick. I called their customaer service line IMMEDIATELY and... read full review »

Western Dental Group
AnAngryOne December 14, 2009
Do Not Use Western Dental Ever! I should have went with my gut instinct! Reading all these reviews as well just confirms it! My husband and I set up appointments for a Saturday, since most dentists are closed on weekends. When we arrived we were asked to sign all this paperwork, including a credit report to be run for payments plans! WTF! I hadn't even been seen and was only there for a CLEANING! So we then waited and waited and waited some more, until an HOUR later we were brought back for X-rays. My husband received a teeth cleaning... read full review »

2004 Toyota Sienna
RichTN December 14, 2009
I purchased a 2004 Toyota Sienna a little over a year ago. Recently the drivers side door started making a loud noise, like something was bending. I took it in to the dealer today to have it looked at and hopefully fixed. When I arrived at the service center and showed the service tech the issue he seemed confident that it would be covered under warranty but, told me I needed to go to the body shop. Once there the guy I talked to informed me that the problem was a factory defect, but the defect was never issued as a recall. The warranty wa... read full review »

Lucky Packs
They Ripped Me Off! December 14, 2009
I paid for an item on their website and a few minutes later someone replies in an email and says, "I have no idea what this item is that you just ordered." HOWEVER, THE ITEM IS CLEARLY LISTED FOR SALE ON THEIR WEBSITE! The person then refunds "most" of my money back to my paypal account except for $6.00, and they only say in the email, "Sorry you lost $5.00", which shows that they can't even do simple math correctly. THIS WEBSITE IS A FRAUD! They're simply stealing money from everybody that orders from them and giving the customer nothing but a "sorry" email. Do not order anything from them. read full review »

DO NOT buy ANY printer from KODAK. Their scam of stating cheap ink as a reason for buying their inferior printers does not make up for the noise, lack of quality, and intermittent operation of this complete piece of %$#@! Smart Subs
Mongo_ December 14, 2009
Do a Google search of Smart Subs Fraud and you'll find many negative reviews. Smart Subs is a drop-shipper - when you place your order, they then order your item from another retailer, typically an Amazon seller, then it comes from that source. So they have no control over when it actually ships and there are often problems with this step - delayed orders, shipped to billing address, etc... And if there are problems, you'll have a hard time getting someone to answer their phone or return your message left. If you do reach a live... read full review »

Internet Profit Library defrauds people by advertising $1.97 "shipping" for a non-existent immediate information kit. You are really charged $79.95 4 days after you let them charge your credit card $1.97 and the same amount is charged every month until you realize it is fraud. I am having some MAJOR problems with Great Lakes Performance Diesel in Lackawanna, NY. I was promised a minimum 1 mpg increase which I haven't seen (and has actually gone down), I have spent almost $10, 000 either fixing things that I was told were fixed or replacing parts that I was told that was replaced with new parts and I have yet to be reimbursed for them (this has been going on for almost 5 months). I went to Z Galleries in Dallas, TX on 10/31/09. They have a very nice LOOKING store & I bought a few items totally about $120. I used a Master card. When my bill arrived I realized this store charged my credit card an EXTRA $216 & when I reported the error to customer service (after 20 minues on HOLD) they kept telling me they would check into it & call me back. Their customer service personnel are extremely RUDE. They did NOT call me back with a resolution. I finally disputed the charge with Mastercard. Still waiting for results of that. read full review »

We have a new home with Alside windows installed by the builder. They leak so much cold air that we can't even sit by them because of the amount of cold air that infiltrates thru the window frame. We have frost and ice on the inside of our window frames almost all winter long. They will not return my email messages so we can set up a time for them to come out and look at the problem. We are getting very frustrated by their lack of cooperation. We feel since we are supposed to have a life time warranty that they should at least come out and see what the problem is. read full review »

Under the Credit Consumer Protection Act, I asked Westcoast Visa (Cardmember Service) to intervene as their vendor was not giving me warranty support on a recent purchase. Although Cardmember Service did intervene and act as a mediator, there advise ultimately has cost me an additional $3, 300.00. FYI their policy states you can cancel up to 24 hours before arrival. After seeing the charge on my credit card I called and they refuse to credit my card because they said I never called to cancel. NasL98 December 14, 2009
Precious Puppy sells puppies from puppy mills. They fooled me. The puppies are so cute in their little cribs and you would think the store workers cared about them the way they hold them and talk about them. They told me my puppy came from a local Florida breeder, but after researching the womans name on my puppies papers it turns out he came from a puppy mill in missouri. Inappropriate care and business practices. I followed all grievance procedures regarding the present of bed bugs and the practice of the home serving the clients expired food items. They also prepared meals in an unlicensed kitchen at a third parties home and brought it in to serve us. I filed a grievance and was kicked out of the home that night for "causing strife". Beware of entering this home and if you have a complaint their procedure is just to remove you from the home. Not a recovery oriented sober living home. read full review »

Dr. Gail Bryant
JacL43 December 14, 2009
When a family member of mine was grieving over the death of a much-loved pet and talked with Dr. Bryant about it, she looked at my family member like they were crazy and told them that they must be possessed by demons or something because they were grieving over a dead pet. She also told my family member that she should stop grieving because it was just a stupid animal anyway. Talk about nasty! That's the last thing anyone wants to hear when they're grieving over a pet's death. I don't recommend Dr. Bryant, unless you enjoy those sorts of comments from your doctors. read full review »
