E2Save
I ordered a pay as you talk phone and £10 airtime from onestopphoneshop AKA e2save or carphone warehouse. After several phone calls I received the phone and sim card. -they promised next day delivery- But there was zero credit on the sim card although I paid for £10 of airtime. I phoned them and they said the credit would go on sometime in the future. I have never had so much trouble buying a phone and sim card before, and to contact them I have to dial apremium rate number and listen to music for 40 minutes before they answer. I would not advise anyone to do business with these people. read full review »
Belvoir Federal Credit Union
I paid off my car loan in full in September 2009; the credit union will not release my title because I owe a late balance on a credit card. I paid the car loan in full with secured funds (a cashier's check); the credit card and car loan were two separate applications and not associated with each other. I purchased a kitchen extractor for an urgent delivery to a property I am developing. The extractor was delivered to the billing address where I had clearly marked for it to be delivered to an alternative address in the specific form provided. Given that the item was delivered to the billing address, I had no convenient way to get the delivery to the rightful address. When I quizzed the company as to what compensation I would be given for this clear mistake, particularly as I had paid £30 for the delivery charge, I was told that they do... read full review »

Express Merchants Processing (firstdata)
I have charged in excess of $700 for them to process $3, 671 worth of credit card payments. The account representative lied about the fees they would be charging and assured me that I would save money by switching to their company. That was a joke! The biggest issue I have with them is their PCI compliance fees. I was charged $135 in October which stated it was my annual compliance fee. Then in January they began billing me monthly 19.95 because they claimed I wasn't in compliance! On top of that they couldn't give me an... read full review »

CustomScoop.com SCAM
I’ve hired CustomScoop in order to remove some posts made by an ex employee that showed up in Google and Yahoo and they ripped me off. First they said that I need to pay $2000 dollars to have it removed, then they asked for $1000 more and still did not do anything to help my reputation. I still have those links in top positions and have not heard anything from them, they won’t return my calls or my money. Custom Scoop just ripped me off. Do not trust them. read full review »

I paid £110 for gold organza table runners to be used at my wedding. I had the swatches sent in advance and fabric was just as required. Table runners arrived with an awful thick cream cotton stitch all along the edge and the pointed ends weren't even stitched to the end! Instead they had folded them in to a point and then put a rough (and by rough I mean not even straight) hem on the inside which was clearly visible through the fabric!
I complained that the quality of the stitching was not good enough and was asked to return... read full review »

Carringtons Kitchens
Following a visit to the showroon to browse a designer pounced on us to arrange a home design visit. We were pressured into putting a 2k deposit down on a 7K kitchen that was not going to be installed for a year. We rang the guy the next week to be told he had left the company but were told not to worry it will be overseen by another designer. Time came to have it fitted and we soon discovered following a survey of the site that the kitchen would have to be re-designed which we did to include a breakfast bar. The time schedule for the fitting... read full review »

Walton Motors
Walton Motors (Charlie) sold us a Renault Picasso in march 09. He said it was in excellent condition and would come with a 12 warranty. When the car arrived we found the back shelf was missing and the rear wiper blade non-exsistant (Odd as they just gave it a new MOT). To top it all the papers for the warranty were also missing and he assured us it they would be in the post. After several phone calls and left messages, we still have no warranty. read full review »

GKR Karate is nothing but a pyramid scheme. It encourages people to give up their jobs to go knocking on doors to recruit new members. The Karate is sports based and very watered down but they sell it as teaching you self defence.
I know several people who have lost theis marriages because of these people. They get you to do more and more promising you the earth but the truth is the only people who earn are those few at the top. I lost my house because of these people.
They lurk outside job centres to recruit people to go door knocking. Please don't get fooled by these con artists. read full review »

Shark Steam Iron
I bought this steam iron and I am very unhappy with it. I just called the company and they cannot do anything about it. They are blaming my ironing board. It is unsafe and dangerous. When it is upright, it easily tips over and falls. I have had the iron for 10 months and I am more upset because it fell on the floor when I accidentally hit my ironing board last week. This is the second time it has fallen on the floor while it was heated. I cannot return to the retailer because I have had the iron too long. I know I should have returned the iron from the beginning, but it is now apparent that is unsafe. read full review »

I purchased two tickets from this agency for Three Days of Rain at the Apollo Theatre. Whilst their website told me the final price of the tickets, what it failed to mention was the actual amount of their commission on the tickets. When i rang to complain that this was not clearly displayed on their website, nor was the face value of the tickets, she hung up on me.
