I ordered a pay as you talk phone and £10 airtime from onestopphoneshop AKA e2save or carphone warehouse. After several phone calls I received the phone and sim card. -they promised next day delivery- But there was zero credit on the sim card although I paid for £10 of airtime. I phoned them and they said the credit would go on sometime in the future. I have never had so much trouble buying a phone and sim card before, and to contact them I have to dial apremium rate number and listen to music for 40 minutes before they answer. I have charged in excess of $700 for them to process $3, 671 worth of credit card payments. The account representative lied about the fees they would be charging and assured me that I would save money by switching to their company. That was a joke! I paid £110 for gold organza table runners to be used at my wedding. I had the swatches sent in advance and fabric was just as required. Table runners arrived with an awful thick cream cotton stitch all along the edge and the pointed ends weren't even stitched to the end! Instead they had folded them in to a point and then put a rough (and by rough I mean not even straight) hem on the inside which was clearly visible through the fabric! Following a visit to the showroon to browse a designer pounced on us to arrange a home design visit. We were pressured into putting a 2k deposit down on a 7K kitchen that was not going to be installed for a year. I went to this repair garage to repair my volkswagan polo car lock we agreed a quote £30-40 max and we agreed that he would phone me if the price was different after open the car door. he didn't call me instead repaired the lock system with a 'new' so he says! handle which doesn't even match the car colour. Walton Motors (Charlie) sold us a Renault Picasso in march 09. He said it was in excellent condition and would come with a 12 warranty. When the car arrived we found the back shelf was missing and the rear wiper blade non-exsistant (Odd as they just gave it a new MOT). Ordered and paid for on the internet. Received an invoice confirming payment with their address and phone number. Waited for 10 days with nothing being delivered and then tried phoning and emailing. Have not had a reply to any of the email (approx 8 sent) and the phone is reported as "Temporarily out of order". GKR Karate is nothing but a pyramid scheme. It encourages people to give up their jobs to go knocking on doors to recruit new members. The Karate is sports based and very watered down but they sell it as teaching you self defence. I know several people who have lost theis marriages because of these people. I bought this steam iron and I am very unhappy with it. I just called the company and they cannot do anything about it. They are blaming my ironing board. It is unsafe and dangerous. When it is upright, it easily tips over and falls. I have had the iron for 10 months and I am more upset because it fell on the floor when I accidentally hit my ironing board last week. Our party of 8 inc. a 2 year old and a 70 year old, went to The Windmill on Sunday evening to eat, our food took over an hour to come even after we complained at the bar it took a further 20 minites even though they said another 5. In October 2006 I had a patio door fitted to my property. After a few months the paint started to flake off the outside handle. I contacted the company at the time and they replacediit. Every year since the same thing has happened and they have replaced it with a new one. I was called by Douglas Marketing and agreed to have a Kirby representative come into my home and do a carpet cleaning and wood floor buffing for free. This was to take about 45 minutes I was told. I purchased two tickets from this agency for Three Days of Rain at the Apollo Theatre. Whilst their website told me the final price of the tickets, what it failed to mention was the actual amount of their commission on the tickets. For selling me two stalls tickets they added a massive £25 to the face value of the two tickets. Car failed emissions test on MOT and was taken to this garage for repair, as claimed to be engine diagnostic specialist. After holding on to my car for a week and a half (too late for free MOT re-test) charged me £146.20 for a new lambda sensor, labour to re-wire car and £15 for a fuel additive. My company placed an order for stock with Trillogy Ltd. When ordering online the order form clearly stated free delivery. We have to pay in advance by printing off the order form and submitting a cheque with it. After having received the order we have been charged a carriage charge and Trillogy have said it is an error on their website that shows free delivery on the orders.
