My caravan was insured with the above company and subsequently was stolen on the 1st jan. The incident was recorder with the police and a claim made. As the caravan was stolen it was agreed with the insurace company that we could get it repaird and they would pay the fitter as it was untowable. We were then assigned a loss adjuster who has visited the site and agreed we had done everyhthing we could to prevent a theft occuring. In August of 2005 I purchased 11 windows manufactured by Alside out of the eleven 3 had hermetic seal failures. The seals all failed at the same time four years after my purchase. Don't buy Alside Windows the quality of their hermetic seals are poor. There is no charge under the warranty for replacement parts or materials. However, there is a labor charge on each window for removal and installation to replace the defective parts. The labor cost I was quoted for the three windows is $432 dollars. Four years ago I purchased 11 windows for my home in Middletown, New York. Mark Four sold and installed the windows, which came with a ten year 100% replacement or repair warranty on the hermetic seals. However, this year three of the seals failed and Mark Four refuses to replace them without cost to me. They want to charge me $432.oo to fix them. Since my windows are under warranty there should be no charge to fix the defective seals. There are 2 tax lien's showing on my credit report that where paid in full in 2001 and 2002. please remove these from my credit report, due to paid in full. I went through a divorce in 2000 and I paid off all the back balances on my social security number(and most of my ex-husbands) 2002. They used $144 and remaining $106 was my credit receipt again. Store this time gave me credit receipt on that customer name infact money was mine. These guys took my citizen watch and I had them repair the band and replace the crystal. The band is still in great shape but the calculator ring around the crystal was falling off when I got the watch back, so I sent it back again, this time, the calculator ring was not aligned correctly but instead of paying to ship my watch to New York and back a 3rd time, I decided to live without the full operation of my watch but today the crystal fell out. It was too big and I returned it for a smaller size, got the ticket number they requested I have for returns, and sent it UPS (at my expense) as instructed on their website. They manage Villa de la Montana in North Phoenix. The pool has been green for over a month and has been shut down by the Dept of Health. They have done NOTHING to fix it. The complex is trashy. But yet I get a complaint that I had foil on one window. My landlord is too cheap to get decent blinds and my bedroom faces east and gets hot and bright. I was going to get some sun blocking curtains but had to wait a few more weeks. They can *** about that but they cannot fix a rotten pool.
