I have had Hughes Net for about a year and paying about $60.00 a month for nothing. We do not have DSL because I live in the country. I was told that we would get great service. This company/ law office told me that the Bank that handles our account would be issueing a electtronic check to us for the $1500. that they have "in Trust." The person who I talked to stated that it would take at least 3 business days to send the funds. It has now been 8 days. I thought this was illegal? Where is Interpol??? These DVDs are both Recorded from TV and/or Copied from DVDs. I bought The Twilght Zone here because it was 75% off. They still made a killing because it cost them about $2 to copy the DVDs. The DVDs were in plastics sleeves all loose inside of these cases that were the size of VHS cases. I too was taken in by this scam. As soon as I realized my credit card would be continuously billed, I called and cancelled. This was before I even received the product. I received a cancellation notice by email explaining that I must return the product within 14 days, as the associate explained on the phone, and that as long as I did, I would not be billed the 87.62 initial charge. The summer of 2009 I had a windshield replaced on my vehicle by Omega auto glass. The representative I worked with was great too bad the work that was done on my windshield has completely horrible. They installed a windshield that had a chip on the top corner when I mentioned to the installer they just added a chemical to make sure it wouldn't run. The installer was very rude and left.
