The complaint i have about your product is that when we purchase your product with the white tips on your cigars they are either broken where the cigar meets the plastic tip, there is a hole in the cigar somewhere, the tip comes comepletly off, we go through 2-3 boxes a day and sometimes half of them are defective so we are starting to feel that we are getting ready to change our brand of cigars if we are not compensated and the problems are not solved and we have a few of our freinds are thinking the same thing we expect to hear from you real soon or we will start taking action on finding a new brand that is worth to the full penny we pay for. read full review »

S & M Repair of Goodland, Kansas is unethical, unprofessional, and overcharges customers. I broke down in Goodland, Kansas off I-70. Goodland is hours from the nearest specialists or dealers for my VW in Wichita or Denver. I had my VW Passat towed to S & M Repair. S & M repair said that they could fix my car. We ordered business cards from a local printer located in the same town in California as our business only to later be told that the printing would be done in Florida and take 5 business days instead of 1 day to ship to us. This company advertises heavily on TV at this time of year. The web site is very deceptive. Lots of flashy popup specials, but no final tally or web page on which to confirm your order or check to see what you are really getting or your final costs. There is no place on the web site where a phone number or company contact information is listed so that you can cancel an order before it is shipped. Now I am stuck with too much of a product for which I paid too much and I will have to pay shipping costs to return the product. I felt cheated and deceived. I've had a Suburban Propane Tank in my backyard for about 2 year. If their service was as great as the guy that sold me this tank and gas there would be no problem. These Parasites have tried to charge me $10 per a gallon for propane when other companies like Ferrelgas was charging $1.89/gallon. I had this tank installed on a new construction shop so I had no idea how much the shop would use per year. I purchase a dress from this company in China, thinking that I was going to have it for a ball. Nonetheless, the dress came and it was too small in the torso area. The length the dress was for someone the is about 5'11 and I sent my height of 5'5. I own a medical spa and had previously bought a hair removal laser from Syneron. After 3 years, my warranty was expiring. They offered me another 3 year extension of the warranty for $20, 000. I accepted at the time but only one month later changed my mind. Friendly nice people.. but that is the best I can say. There was only one dentist for all the patients that had been scheduled.. both through the office and through corporate quarters. Of course this leads to an over booking and patience waiting for long periods of time. On my first visit there were about 4 people complaining in the waiting area how this happens every time! On Dec. 6, 2009 about 10pm. I drove around to the drive thur and made 2 purchase order. First of all the cashier was rude and talking nasty while in the mike. I didn't complete my order before he/she told me to pull around. After getting my order my first bite into a filet o fish I gag because it was so much salt on my sandwhich. I bought a Extended Auto Warranty from Accurate Warranty Service LLC on 08/05/2009 I went over and over with what was covered and how the plan worked. It went into effect 500 miles and 15 days.
