I ordered a pair of shoes from zoomkole.com October 9, 2009 and have yet to receive them. Here is a quote directly from their website "Once you pay the items successfully, please Do not worry, we will simultaneously receive your payment confirmation letter, we will automatically ship the order within 36 hours." I have sent emails requesting tracking information and finally about cancelling the order. The last tracking information I have is from October 20th. The floor cupped and we hired a National Wood Flooring inspector whose analysis said the wood was over dried. Taylor's sales manager, who we understand is not a NWFA inspector. denied the claim. The inspector responded to Taylor citing NWFA guidelines. To date, neither Taylor or flooringwarehousedirect.com will uphold the warranty. Knott's Scary Farm is a fun entertaining amusement park, but they need to have increased security available. On 10/11/09 I witnessed a teenage girl screaming for help because her friend was passed out on the ground. One of Knott's employees dressed as a monster was attempting unsuccessfully to help. I leased my last 4 vehicles through GMAC and never had a problem when I turned in my vehicle to the dealer. Based on their records, I am a premium customer. Last month, I returned my Buick with 36, 000 miles and GMAC sends me an invoice for $123.99 to fix minor scratches. This gentle men emailed me to tell me that I had an inhertiance of 18 million dollars from Sadam Hussein of Iraq funds. The letter stated that 700 thousand people were selected from America, Europe, and Asia. I contacted Bank of America customer service and was told that this was a scam. Digital River of Luxembourg, processing company [?] for Symantek software charged more than $800 in unauthorized charges to my debit card. I didn't order any software, the charges just suddenly appeared. So far I have been unable to contact any human in reference to the unauthorized charges. I work in Las Cruces, NM, but live in nearby El Paso, TX. Most of our work is handled through the internet. Some jobs are rural and I have trouble getting changes from architects, engineers, and owners. This delays the job and causes everyone to come to halt.
