I 've had problems with Aspen Dental at Orange CT, and I have the photos to prove it. The first problem was that the dentist did not orientate me on not to put adhesive over the area where there was still an open cavity in my gums. They are all HQ'd in Canada only distributed out of Iowa. It is a large facility that has many products going out. The building owners are in NY City. All the teeth whitening companies are all one company and the Better Business Bureau of Desmoines, IA were no help except they gave me the web address for the Better bus. Bureau for Canada. About five weeks ago the product screen was reduced hiding result action button and freezing. I am only able to update the program or run a scan, then it freezes. IOS Telecom apparently is a 3rd party setup that provides services for privately owned phones. My situation phone was in a hospital, mental health ward, phone allowed collect calls which I accepted from patient/family member. IOS confirmed the call was 10 min and the charge on the bill was for $34.96, for a distance of approx 80 miles. A second call charge was $54.96. The manger at the cell phone Kiosk at the sams club is very unfriendly, unprofessional. I was given a damaged product, when went back to return the manager at the kiosk was very rude and blamed me that i damged and brought the product back. Refused to take back the product. I just received a faxed estimate to install vinyl flooring in a 12'x12' kitchen and I just about passed out. How can a company justify charging $1, 932.92 to install a vinyl floor? With $1, 500.00+ of this going for labor, are they nuts? The average yearly wage in Amsterdam is 40k, so I would have to work 100 hours (before taxes or 3 weeks after taxes) to lay down a piece of vinyl in a small kitchen? Bought a Toshiba L505D laptop June 27, 2009. The hard drive failed on October 24, 2009. I took it back to Best Buy for manufacturers warranty repair where I was told I would have to get the operating system disc from Toshiba. I called Toshiba and they charged me $25 for shipp the software. Unbelievable that you have to pay exhorbant shipping fees for their system failure. I have requested a return of the (2) costumes I purchased at Party city.com and they will never email me back for a return autorization...they are a scam, I am stuck with these costumes that do not look anything like what I purchased online, and this is how they trap the buyer. I noticed that my credit card was billed $24.95 in September and October of 2009. The statement said I was being billed by MQV*SAVEACE(Other) and it had an 888 # listed. I love my iPhone, but when I need it the most, AT&T's coverage is NOT there. If I'm lost in 85% of Northern California, I know for sure that I cannot get help from AT&T, period. Without contacting an adjoining neighbor or running lines to determine property boundaries, Matt Spicer preceeded to tear up two feet past into a neighbors driveway and property when contracting work next door. I am very disappointed to receive unwanted fax advertisements even after requesting for them to remove my number on their list. They just kept junk faxing me! MPMSOFT is breaking the TCPA Federal law passed in 1991 that prohibits sending advertising materials via facsimile machines without the receiver's permission.
