We purchased a King Koil Mattress Feb. 17, 2009 from American Freight. At the time of purchase the salesman, Chris Botero assured us of a 20 yr warranty. That was 8 months ago. I purchased my Maytag Dryer Model# MDE4806AYW in Dec. 0f 2005 (less than 4 years ago). 2 days ago is started making a screaching, grinding noise (like metal on metal). I have just had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Sunday (yesterday) afternoon I bought a purse from there and this morning when I brought it to work I noticed that one of the handles was ready to come off.
