July of 2009 I placed an on line order for two bags of quick grown grass seeds as advertised for 2 bags for $19.95 + shipping. My mistake was that I put in my credit card information before my order was confirmed. Once the order was in with my credit card information I got a confirmation order of $67.70. Just received my ssi check and all of a sudden I have a charge for $150.+ from someone called TLC Great Fun. Will call them tomorrow as it is now 10:39pm about getting my money back. My bank account was summons to a Writ of Garnishment and tried to garnish a sum of up to $2100 in a claim against my husband. My husband and I have seperate accounts. The $2100 in question which includes late fees, over the limit fees which came from a Capital One credit card that was not in my name but in my husbands who was going through credit couseling which they will not work with. My complaint is about the untrue complaint already listed. I have been on this company's tours several times by myself and with friends. I have found this tour and it's operators to be outstanding. We have seen Manatee, Dolphins (on several occasions) and numerous other wildlife species including Roseatte Spoonbills by the flock. Received DVD (Picket Fence Series) Tapes are obvisouly copied from a normal TV show. The quality of the DVD's Disk 1 started out snowy and after a few minutes stop playing. 2nd Disk won't play at all. No phone number other than email to contact; this is a poor way of doing business. I am not happy with the quality of this product at all. I feel the website is extremely misleading and false. The website stated new and what I received is far from being a new product.
