This is a big scam. I ordered free tablets and typed in my credit card details for postage. This company has got many branches under different names and they have distributed my details to these branches and I have been charged twice by two different companies on my credit card. One company is called Pristine Health and their phone number is +8882272950. Another compant called www.mydietid.com has also debited my credit card. I have never heard of them. I ordered a $9.95 DVD from Mike Collins/Rehablist.com. With the order, I supposedly had a free30-day trial access to a program entitled REO Gold. This name is the same to another program entitled REO Gold that deals with foreclosure information. I contacted the number in the billing and informed the representative that I was billed $97/month for a service I did not know I had access to. They asked me send confirmation of when I had cancelled. This is when I discovered it was 2 different companies. It has been 3 days and I cannot get in contact with anyone from the company. I purchased 320 sq ft of shaw versalock flooring. this flooring would not lie down evenly as its locking system was defective. I proved this to be true by use of a micrometer and shaws own installation expert concurred with me that there is a problem with the flooring. Bought Manny Paquiao/ Cotto fight tickets in vegas in Aug 2009, the fight was Nov 14, 2009. Paid extra to have the tickets shipped to the house, never came then told they would go straight to the hotel in vegas friday morning one day before the fight, never came then told that evening, never came. The day of the fight we had to go to the venue & try to get our tickets it was unusually difficult and we had spent $3500.00 on the tickets with no tickets to be had. I have a white electric Maytag oven. I recently used the cleaning function and noticed that each time I used it the trim on top of the door was turning brown. Beware of buying items from levis.com and then trying to return them to the store... I bought 4 pairs of jeans from the website and 3 didn't fit right. This is an unethical and incompetent cleaner. I had a wool suit coat destroyed by this business and the owner ("Karen") rudely denied any liability. When I told her I disovered the damage after removing the jacket from my closet and no longer had the receipt she refused to accept responsibility saying, "I have a copy of the receipt in my records but you need to bring it or you get nothing." Room booking failed to be put thorough. I only discovered this when I mentioned to a friend to book the same hotel and he discovered they had no record of my booking. Laterooms.com advertise rate parity also for all their hotels. I am being charged 10 GBP more by booking through them than the rate advertised on the hotel site. I ordered a dvd by credit card. They say they sent it but they only can substantiate that it was sent to the Post Office in Oakland, Calif., not that it ever reached my address. I was given a price of $380.00 for one pair of single vision and one pair of progressive bifocals including exam. They refused to give me the price for just one pair of either kind. This company never calls the repair company. They leave it for you to deal with. They could care less how long you sit without service. They won't cover what you believe is covered under your policy. I had Imagistone countertop resurfacing done on my kitchen countertops and have to say I am not pleased with the results. They spray a kind of a plastic coating over your existing countertops and it is supposed to look like granite. The finish is not smooth but is grainy and it is hard to get most stains out. I think it must be porous or something because you really have to scrub to get it clean. This company installed the tile floor in the kitchen an bathroom of an older home my husband & I purchased in late April, 2008.
