Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I am very disappointed in my experience with ATS and my "$1000 in free groceries." Unfortunately, I also signed up for the other two offers in order to get the two free gift certificates. My roommate threw away the letters, thinking it was junk mail, though, so I didn't even get the offers, nor did I end up with the phone numbers to get the offers cancelled. Can anyone help? Beware of Scam-Artist, Steven Rosenthal...so-called "computer expert" from Next Level Technology. He convinced my company he was hired to do the computer networking at our office, showed up on a day I was not present, and performed unauthorized and defective work. I did not receive the fan spray head when I got my Water Jet. I have already sent a in a filled form for receiving a damaged box and missing head mailed on 9-23-09. I was called by Merchant Referral Services they said they were looking for people who were willing to work from home and could work 3 to 5 hours a week making appointments for their sales people. I bought a Gallon of milk two days ago and went to return it today because it smelled and tasted bad today(Nov 18, 2009), when I opened it. It doesn't expire until the Nov 23, 2009. Walmart customer service refused to exchange the Gallon claiming that it did not smell bad. Their customer service used to be mediocre and it is quickly going down hill. I have tried on several occasions to purchase a Hoover SteamVac Supreme Deep Cleaner locally at the store and most recently online. My order went thru and then I was sent an email saying that the order was cancelled. HP Customer Relations Management I sent my new laptop computer in to fix a problem with the cooling fan and am now being asked to pay $300 to repair damage that clearly happened in transit to HP Repair Center or in their facility. HP has no system in place to deal with customer complaints and have made it very difficult if not impossible to reach a supervisor or anyone in authority that can help resolve a dispute. I just went with this company, they are fabulous. I was told everything upfront, there are no hidden fees. The agent was intelligent, well informed and quite knowledgeable about the resort my timeshare is at. They are not a listing company they are for sale by owner so they already have the buyers in house and ready to go. There customer service is outstanding and if they do not sell the timeshare, you get a full refund and they state that in their contract. read full review »

I needed the water supply line coming from my wall to the toilet tank replaced. Because they said their line would not work with the shut-off valve I had, they also replaced it. It took the plumber all of 5 minutes to replace the line and valve and they charged me $371.00. After doing some research, I found the flexable water supply line for $10.oo and the shut-off valve for $5.00. While there was a $60.00 dispatch charge, adding that up with the cost of the supplies is $75.00. Are you telling me that plumbers are making $296.00 an hour now?! Same as the other complaints, I signed up for the "free" trial, and agreed to pay the $2.95 shipping. My products were a colon cleanse, and some acai capsules. We signed up with the Law Offices of Alfred J. Verdi so they can help us get a Loan Modification.
