I am one of the many who have been targeted by this fraud. I have used intellus to do some people searches not realizing that it was all a scam. When you provide your credit/debit card information to who you think is intellus, it is actually going to these people known as VAL MAX. The notification letter had a claim number "819665381" it in one sentence it constrewed the information as if it was a sure thing and then in the sentence below it stated that winning number would be selected by random drawing. They responded to a letter from the Better Business Bureau and a refund was issued almost immediately.
