George Alarm is a company with incredibly poor customer service. They held me to a service contract for a service that was not being properly provided. When I tried to contest the termination fee imposed on me for canceling my contract as I was not receiving the service, they held me to a $250 termination fee. We spent $1500 on a glass top slide in Kenmore Elite range. The oven was used only 3 years when we started getting error messages when we tried to turn it on. We called an appliance guy out to check it and apparently the self cleaning oven feature burns out some of the sensors. He said that he is seeing this quite often with kenmore and whirlpool. FP&L has been over charging me for sometime because of an issue with my meter. My meter is SUPPOSED to be the type that sends usage information to an FPL substation that then determines usage and does the billing. Apparently when I signed up with Dazzle Smile, I agreed to become a member of World Club Fitness. I asked Dazzle Smile if they had given my information out to other companies, and they said that I signed up only for World Club. It seems that other people who are having these problems are getting charged from companies such as Kitaccess, Elitepack, and LuminsWhite. Property Manager failed to notify owners when previous tenant broke into condo and stole garage door opener and set of keys. Property manager continued to meet with previous tenant and failed to retrieve keys and opener thus putting all of the residents living in the building at risk. Property manager then charged the owner for replacing the keys and the opener. Once broken into, the unit was left with a broken door, leaving the entire unit completely open and unsafe.
