They telphone companies to get unsuspecting retailers to change service providor, proclaiming that early termination fees from other providers are illegal, and that transfers are free of costs. My Boyfriend purchased X 2 tickets to see Bruce Springsteen in Rome on 19th July 2009 back in February. Tickets never arrived so sent email to company which bounced back. tried to call them but number no longer in use. Searched on internet and found copmpany to be a scam. Dont ever use them. Title 9 waited over 6 months to bill me for a shirt I ordered in a store. I thought the bill was paid. Then, they email saying they made a mistake and were going to charge me. They offered zero in the way of coupons or anything to say they were sorry for their error. They've lost a customer in me and I'm telling my friends how unprofessional they were. I recently purchased some Dr. Siegal Cookie Diet Cookies...I wanted to purchase just a few to try...but only option is to purchase a weeks worth...I received my order and did not care for them at all. Now despite many phone calls and letters still have not received the toners and the payment is still outstanding. I came home on a Monday nignt from work to find my gas had been turned off for some unknown reason. The main thing to understand when buying from the Cover Guy is that they are just a Middle Man. They don't make the covers, they just take your order and pass it along to the plant that will make it, and keep the difference. The cover I ordered included and upgrade($)for a heat seal that goes between the two halves. This seal was two inches shorter on one end than the width of the cover, thus leaking heat. This company promised to help my family acheive a loan modification on our first and second mortgage. They charged us $2500, and then strung us along for nine months. Only after contacting the bank directly (and finally getting the right person on the phone) was I able to discover that nothing had been submitted on one of our loans and that the other request had been denied. I was never notified of anything and now they will not provide a refund as promised in our contract. I purchased a shelf corporation from this company back in October as part of a program to help establish business credit. TD Financial Products set up the shelf corporation but did nothing beyond that. I paid $6900 for the shelf corporation, $500 for a website and was billed $300 monthly for what I was told were fees to maintain webhosting, a virtual office and fax services. GO Subaru Service Dept. is deceptive in their pricing, charging excessive fees beyond what the manufacturer recommends. When questioned about this deception the Service Dept. In April 2005, I took my 2001 Honda Accord w/30, 000 miles to Village Transmission because it stopped running. We were sucked into this time share vacation membership back in September of 2007. In the agreements we signed, it stated we could not cancel within 3 business days. This card is a terrible form of payment and nothing but a big hassle. It claims to save you time from waiting in line at a bank. What a load! I would have gladly stood in line or used an ATM for my own bank account. It's fees are endless, and although my customer service experience was fine I don't think it was worth the $3 I was charged. I took my car in for its MOT which it failed on a few minor issues. I took the car to an external garage to get the parts fixed so that i could get it back in time to take advantage of the free re-test within a 48 hour period. My husband and I rented a vacation rental off of Craigslist. We rented from Jennifer Prevost and she said the apartment was clean and nice. My husband and I drove 7 hours from Arizona to get there and when we arrived we were appalled at what we saw. Trash everywhere, and the "view" that she told us about was the back of a hotel that had huge cargo crates, with junk and trash everywhere. I had been a customer of Lingo's for at least a couple of years and had not had too many problems with the service, just the usual outages, common to all VOIP providers. My wife bought two airline tickets a week and a half ago so I logged into our bank's web site to make sure they cleared and they had. I smoke Basic Menthol 100 cigarettes and have noticed that they do not stay lit if I put one down in the ashtray for even a short period of time. This just started a month ago or so. My son told me that the manufacturer has changed the paper used and it will go out if you're not smoking it constantly. I needed to add a car to an exsisting policy in order to get tags. I used the website to update my policy, but somehow I ended up with 2 exactly the same policies. Geico took the payment on the day of my update. I called within a couple days to have one policy removed before the regularly scheduled payment was deducted from my account.
