I was given a highchair as a gift before my child was born. By the time we used the highchair it had already been 6 months. When we opened the highchair, sides of the highchair was falling apart. Being handed off to numerous people and sub contractors that don't communicate with you and finally resulting in an never ending process which we asked it to stop and cancel. My top-of-the-line Kenmore Elite HE 3t has been problematic since I purchased it in 2002. In Oct. 2009, it stopped draining. The Sears service personnel told me there were numerous problems with the washer, and repairing it would cost more than $1, 600 ($600 more than I paid for it). I do own a house in a Silvercreek community (The Meadows, in Stockbridge, GA). This man was my landlord. Jim Bucknell. He is also a lawyer, a crappy lawyer at that. While living in his rental property for a year and a half we have had our basement flooded with sewage at least 30 times. When you call him for help he is never available nor does he ever call you back.
