amazingly immature. They lost my Garage door opener and would not replace it. My tennants have complained to me, so I asked them and they did nothing. I complained to the BBB and they stated that they promptly replaced it. They did not. Once you receive the product (according to their rep) it states that you have a 17-day TRIAL to try the product. I got this personal locator device less than a year ago and it worked great till the end of the second month. I too in the UK have been scammed by these sly and devious people. In the UK what they are doing is illegal. It is called Fraud. They are now calling themselves Premiumwhite. They read garbage to trick you from a set sequence of jargon on their computer, repeating word for word what they think they ought to state. Use their on line enquiry line if you want to wind them up, take hours over asking questions, and try and pin them down to answers you want to hear. I purchased gas from a shell station that was contaminated with water and damaged my vehicle. I have supplied all of the required documentation to Shell Customer Care, but they are dragging their feet to provide a solution. Abbey (owner) is rude and has no concept of customer service. I had a cleaner out to my home that used bleach to clean our tile floors and she failed to pick up a 5x8 rug in our entryway. Our rug is bleached-out on the edges where the mop ran over it. I called to request a PARTIAL REFUND of the $60 cleaning service fee and was refused. "Absolutely not" was used. Beware of this business. Her operation is a convenient way for her to deflect any responsibility for damages in client's homes. They have charged me overdraft fees when the money was in the account. They failed to post deposits and intially showed them as available funds; and subsequently showed them as not being available. The wait time to speak with a representative is always at least ten minutes when I have called, and they have made several balance errors in the past two months. I had excellent service when it was Commerce; this is a stark contrast and I am changing banks immediately. On 10/30/09 I parked my car at the EZ Way parking lot in Elizabeth, which I have used in the past for off site parking at Newark airport. When I picked up my car on Nov 2, 2009 there were significant fresh scratches on the rear bumper. I live nearby of this Donkin Donuts location and always gothere for coffee and bagel. Almost every time I see very long line with angry customers. Staff is very unprofessional, rude and very slow too. My main complaint about their inability to understand and speak English. I don't understand why they even work there when they don't know English. They never apologize or say sorry after doing something wrong. Today I repeatedly ordered 6 donuts three of them chocolate glazed and three of them maple glazed.
