When I called AT&T today to ask about detailed charges on my monthly bill, the customer service rep asked me if I knew what the ILD Teleservices Inc charge was for. Per AT&T, they are NOT responsible for that monthly 8.23 charge. They said I have to call ILD to cancel the monthly charge even though I contracted with AT&T and NOT ILD. I called ILD and was told that I need to contact MyBillingGuys.com. Now I see that this is a fraudulent charge which has been appearing for years on my account. Don’t be fooled by the big binder that they bring to show you about the quality of work they do, their liability insurance, references and etc. The quality of their work is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS and they’ll do anything to avoid taking responsibility. Golden Image Realty, was a great pleasure to work with. I think they were very professional and handled everything with my house as if they were selling their own house. They promised a free gas card if I would look at the material. They billed me on 4/1/09 for postage/handling for $4.95 each ($9.90)for Journey Pass and Valu Pass. When I saw the charges on my bank statement I called the number listed. The same number was used by both companies. I told them to cancel both memberships and they only cancelled the Valu Pass. Ordered 6 lavender plants on March 23, 2009. The company cashed my check for $12.90 on April 2, 2009. To date, I have not received my plants and when you try to call their number, you cannot get through and the call gets disconnected. They not only charged for their plants, they charged shipping and handling. After viewing all the complaints on the web, I guess I got taken too.
