Worse than bad! Livy Stoyka and her staff worked my two kids over. Apparently the whole place runs on unbelievable rudeness, dishonesty and poor workmanship. I purchased this vacuum less than a year ago. ( It has a one year warranty on it) The roller brush that spins became warped. I contacted Hoover for a replacement brush, their website said the brush was unavailable, but since it was under warranty to take it to the nearest Hoover authorized repair shop for warranty work. I am trying to buy a home and when the bank pulled a credit report on me I had a entry for First National Bank, Midland Credit, with a phone number that does not work. I call it and it disconnects after 2 ring. I am trying to figure out what exactly they think I owe on. My credit report says something about a credit card but I am quite sure I never had one. The amount says $420 in one spot and $482 in another.
