I went through the same but i got my money back. I called this tel.Number(800-983-7968) and they said that they can calcel the future programs but not refund the $79.95. Then i checked my account today and there is another withdraw from mygrantsitenet for the amount of 39.95 that i did not authorize. I do not have the funds for this to keep happening. I rented a video and gave it to someone to return. they didn't and redbox appropriately charged me for its purchase. it then proceeded to charge my credit card for a deposit on the original rental which was less than its purchase price. It seems to me they should have thrown out the deposit charge since they had already charged me for its purchase, but the voice on their phone said this was standard practice and my deposit would be returned eventually. needless to say, i won't be renting anymore from them. read full review »

Watch out for www.egoob.com; a free place to advertise; also couponguru.com. Another one is something like-- egoobu.com-- which is geared towards the college crowd. At the bottom of the page they say that they are based in Chesterfield, MO. This egoob.com outfit is a branch off of US Fidelis. They get names to solicit business from egoob. I ordered a pair of Semi-Custom Victory Field Boots off of ridersmall.com and payed $375 for them. I first bought the boots and was told an e-mail would be sent to me with a measurements form and I never got the email. So I contacted ridersmall and was then sent the form. I submitted the order form and waited and waited on confirmation. After two e-mails they finally sent me a confirmation e-mail and told me I would receive my boots within a month to two months. Only after juicing twice, the inside part of the juicer that grinds the fruit broke. It is a cheap plastic shaft & plastic does not work for any of the recipes recommended. This has to be the worse company to deal with. It takes them over two weeks to get an overnight packages, 10 to 15 day for a fax. They keep saying they are helping with modifications and there are so many people to help. yet I don't know anyone who has actually gotten a successful modification from them. I had a wonderful time at the Silver Cloud Inn on Lake Union, Seattle. The staff there was friendly, and they helped us when we wanted to order in our food. My wife and I stayed there on Valentines Day and went around the Seattle area. They have a great program with the shuttle from the Hotel to the Seattle area, and it is able to pick you up or take you anywhere in Seattle every half hour.
