I am a Canadian Resident living in Scarborough, ON. I purchase some Cherry Blossoms from the Bargain Shop on Lawrence and Kennedy for stocking stuffers for Christmas. I opened one to treat myself. Yes im writing in reference to tupperware shel smarts I have purchased 28 of these so called food storage containers . When i did this i got rid of all my modular mates which were great. This utility company does not provide a proper service. Their charges are astronomical and their monolopy must be wiped out. I had a friend order a 'FREE' sample of retinol cream for me as somewhat of a gag gift. Two weeks following the initial 'FREE' sample, I was sent an invoice for $26.95 for what appears to be the exact same item. I bought a truck from Curtis Auto sales, to start off i traded in a mint condition 94 chevy 2500 pickup with ali the bells and whistles, power everything. It was a nice truck that i could have probably sold for 3, 000. The bad thing was that it was when gas prices were 4.00 a gallon and the truck only gets 10 mpg. I have been to the McDonalds on E State and Jefferson in rockford, 2 days in a row and I have had to take my buisness to Burger King because they said they didn't have breakfast still. The time I was there was 10:20 and breakfast is suppose to be served until 10:30. I prefer McDonalds breakfast but I can't seem to get it if I'm there at 10:20. Thank you for the opportunity to explain the other side of the story regarding this incident. The customer claimed they received the wrong product. This is not true. The customer claimed the patina did not match what he saw on his computer monitor. We have no way to know if the customer's computer monitor was calibrated or adjusted correctly. I contracted with Mustang Van Lines to move a one-room apartment from Noblesville, Indiana, to La Crosse, Wisconsin on 12-5-04. I was impressed with the service at first. The moving consultant answered all my questions and the movers were polite and efficient. All of my belongings were well-wrapped and inventoried. The poinsettia arrived in a smashed-in box, and the poinsettia was in pieces, stems broken, leaves wilted. I put in for a lease on some fitness equipment for a gym I was opening, they sent me a contract with a monthly payment figure on it. I sent it back with a 'deposit' check expecting my equipment from the seller. I purchased ATT/Dishnet work last Sept ('08). I missed the last endings of all, all, every game of the World Series. I called a number of times receiving assurance things will get better. I continue to get the same poor service. It is April 2 and nothing. I have had repair people out on at least three occasions and nothings. I pay close to $100 a month and get almost nothing. Hague Water installed a $9, 000 system for our new house in January 2007. they knew we had no public water supply in our area and would be getting water from our pond. they promised us crystal clear water. 2 years later the only thing crystal clear is they don't know what they are doing and are very willing to keep selling us more and more equipment hoping to someday fix the problem. I was hired by a company called webcams.com. Webcams told me that in order to get my paycheck I had to open an account with Epassporte.com I uploaded my drivers license and social security card and requested documents in order to open my account. These accusations are completely untrue. We have been in business under the same name since 1987. In this particular case, the customer's item was backordered. We informed them of this and then cancelled the order. No money was EVER TAKEN from this customer, and their credit card was NOT charged. It has been our policy for 19 years never to charge the customer's credit card until their order is processed and shipped. We fell for the scam at A1 Auto. We purchased a car and were scammed out of 3, 000 dollars. We found out from our attorney that the contract was in fact for a house not a car and if we had paid all of th payments that the owner could come and reclaim the car and we would have no recourse.
