The feature would automatically download at various times in the middle of the night or when he was in school without access to his phone. On April 5, Value Max debited $19.95 from my account without prior authorization. This seems to be a link from Intelius which I also used. I have also been charged $19.95 from Intelius as well. I had to call my brokerage firm to report both of these unauthorized charges against my account and am in the process of having my debit card changed because of it. Bad news on two fronts: Simmons Pillow Top and Simmons response to defective mattresses. We signed a contract with these guys in June of 2003 when a salesman came by our home. It seemed like a decent deal- service charges of $50/month for 3 years in return for a security system and service for those months. I was in a minor accident that was my fault. There was very little damage to the car in front of me. My car's passenger side head lamp was broken and there was a little bit of fender damage. I stopped my service with Time Warner Cable in January 2009 and had a credit due to me of $122.03. This was because I always made sure I paid my bill on time and the results was an overpayment. A guy called Larry Maxx and he claimed himself from Manchester UK, sent me an email saying that he sent me a package which consists of 5000 pounds and some other gifts. In his email, he attached the picture of the box and the airway bill. I had a $250.00 voucher for free gas. I had to initially pay $5.00 through pay pal to activate this voucher. I have a pre-paid cell phone that is listed on the DO NOT CALL Registry and these people from masterrecruiters.com continue to call and burn up my minutes. They are so slick they use 1-800-000-0000 as caller ID. I was afraid to go to the website for fear it would infect my computer with some weird virus. Thank you for your report on these scammers. In September of 2008 I arranged to take over the payments on my friend's 2001 Hyundai Elantra. The car was financed through Drivetime. When I took over the payments I was first told I could make the same payments on the 15th of every month. When I went to do the final paperwork I'm told that's changed and I would have to pay every two weeks or risk repossession. Chase needs to send a letter to RBS so that RBS can release the $500 that was misdirected to them. I use Chase for my online banking and paying all of my bills. Before sending the payments there is a screen asking if the information is correct. Looking at the account numbers, it seemed fine. After clicking to confirm it is right, the payee was changed on one of the payments.
