We got this MAXENT Plasma, because the Daytek 48" plasma was defective and COSTCO .."only" refunds you a "cash card" to buy for them and no one else. So we got this Maxent, and now it is having problems...and NO local service for it...COSTCO doesn't carry it, and they and there Customer Service really suck. The company does not terminate your services after you issue a notice as per their policy. It confirms account closure on phone via customer service, but actually does not terminate your account & continues billing you. It then sends you a bill months ahead asking for payment & when you show them evidence of your notice & all dues paid up it forces you to pay by sending you their lawyers notice.
