This outfit promises to fix the car, guarantee the job for life and to pay for the rental. They've had my car since 2/18/11 for a 10 day job and today, 3/25/11 the car is not ready. They'll promise it on Friday, and then the next Friday and so on. My wife received her vehicle on Friday, the initial problem seems to be rectified, but with the quality of service I have received from the Alberton branch, I cannot say for certain. They guarantee nothing; if you have a problem then you pay twice or go elsewhere. Company owner/mechanic took up the offer to trade services for repair work to a BMW ( a head gasket should be simple, yeah right). We provided trade work in the amount of 2200.00 (all sessions signed for) and the repair work estimate was 1500.00 to 1700.00. Car repair work was NEVER COMPLETED.
