I purchased 3 Vehicles from this place and I've been going there for years for service work but I'm totally disgusted with how the service and quality of work recently declined in the last 5 years. A month ago, I had a major repair almost 2k worth of work done and not only a week later, experienced the same problem that brought me there in the first place. I was contacted by this company for an extended auto warranty by USPS. The initial warranty information never mentioned anything about worn or burned parts resultin in a denied claim; however, after I had already signed up for the warranty and provided my debit card information for automatic monthly deductions, I received a handbook with these two terms listed which would cause a claim to be denied. Auto warranty reports scam is a complete scam. they rank their own company. you can call their # on their site 877-711-4314 and speak with a rep then call any warranty company that is listed on their site e.g. warranty world scam, green light warranty scam, repair dealer service plan scam ect... and you can speak to the same rep. dont get screwed over by any of these companies they are just out to get your money!!! read full review »

A Texas car dealer claims DSC is out-of-control and wants fellow dealers to fight back. Texas Guardian's post spells it out: I was a dealer in Texas until last year when I made the big mistake of signing with DSC. I have been in litigation with them here in Texas for the past 1 1/2 years. The reason they filed on you in Indiana is because of the beating they were handed in Ft. These people are a SCAM! I have been paying $59.99 x 2/month for over a year. The first claim I had was for a Tahoe AC compressor. They are denying it. First they wanted to know tire size. Then they asked for maintenance records which I provided. Then they said those were invalid as they didn't have the payment method, and the vehicle VIN. So, I went back to service provider and got the originals, FAXED those, and they are denying them as they claim they were altered. Bottom line, these guys are a scam. read full review »

I bought a warranty for my car in 2006, did all the requirements they suggested for the warranty to go in effect. In 2010 my car ran hot, had it towed in call the warranty service thety told me to take it to a dealer have them notify the claim department. They finally got back with a fax after the shop faxed them all the information about the problem, saying the claim was denied. Mobile Transport Inc is the worth auto transporting company there is! They damaged both of my 2011 Toyota Sienna Minivan and my 2001 Hyundai Sonata transporting them from North Carolina to Oregon resulting in over $1400 in damage. It took 51 days of me calling and writing before they finally told me that they weren’t going to pay for any of the damages they caused. So unethical! My husband was contacted by a man who said his name was Matthew Bcousta from American Auto Benefits from Pheonix Arizona, and even gave him an employee id number # AS91905. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Prius yesterday, March 8th, from Carl Hogan Toyota in Columbus, MS. It was a very rainy day, and the car had white paper floor mats over the regular floor mats when I picked up the vehicle. It wasn't until I got home that I saw the ugly black floor mats underneath when the interior of my car is Bisque. They totally ruin the appearance of the interior. It would appear after speaking with my transmission mechanic that the Claims Services part of my Drivers Choice warranty, arbitrarilay denies all claims submitted. On the drop envelope there is an information form, which includes the time a customer will call to check on their vehicle and a place to write contact numbers, both home and work. This party bus company is by far the worst one I have ever dealt with. They were a reasonable price, but when the bus arrived we found out the driver didn't know how to get anywhere except the 2 bars/clubs we had mentioned. That is beyond ridiculous for a party bus driver to not know how to get downtown! Then when we were downtown, we got pulled over and they asked the driver for his license and medical card. NEVER AGAIN!!! They took 5 days to ship my order, and then refused to refund $18.00 for the brake caliper core return. I spoke with Katy (X414) and Customer Service Manger Portz (X1033) in an effort to resolve the issue. That process took 30 minutes. They insist a "discount" was applied to the core return amount. I called transmission king in Loganville, ga. and told them my van transmission was slipping in 3rd gear and I was told by the owner Chuck to bring the van there and they would check it out for free and call me with the problem and price to fix it. This was on 12/21/09. We drove the van to transmission king and left it on 12/21/09. I bought from GUARANTEED AUTO in Sandy Springs, GA a 2000 Ford Escort in internet. I paid full to the seller and on Jan. 10, 2011, Guaranteed Auto attempted to deliver the car to me. Had a water pump put in my vehicle at the Old Bridge location. They misdiagnosed the problem (it was not the water pump). One year and less than 10, 000 miles later, I had an antifreeze leak and broke down. I had the nearest repair shop fix it. It turned out to be, the water pump and a new one was put in. According to Strauss’s receipt, the pump had a lifetime warranty and Strauss would replace or refund the part at their discretion. They wanted to give me a new pump and not a refund or store credit. My nephew went to the Caltex Garage in Underwood Road and filled up with petrol and asked for his break fluid to be checked. He needed to have break fluid put in but instead of the attendant putting in the break fluid, he gave it to my nephew's worker to put it and he put the break fluid into the engine!!! Now it looks like the engine has seized!!! The manageress could not be bothered with what had happened and now my nephew is sitting with a huge problem as this van is used for his business and the only source of his income. I took my car into Eddie Tourelle's NorthPark Nissan in Covington, LA. so that they could look at and access the damage to my hood that was created by the bug shield they put on it. I called them 4 times after 3 days because nobody called me give me an update. These guys a couple of years ago decided not to pay their suppliers and service providers. We are a fairly small firm and it really hurt us. We survived, but the way they handled our calls and communicatons, made it clear they could not care less about anyone. I contacted one of their top financial execs and he just ignored my request. First time filling the car with gas and the gas door will not re-latch (stays open). Called for service and they will not supply a loaner car. They want me to wait at least an hour for diagnosis and will only provide a loaner if it requires more than 24 hours. Who can afford to take a day off of work for this? A brand new car, just out of their dealership and they cannot support the customer for servicing a defective automobile.
