Faulty part (shift pedal collar) was discovered (September 18th, 2009) during routine service of a 2006 Yamaha fjr1300ae. Yamaha did not have the repair part. The motorcycle was disabled for more than two months. Yamaha customer service stated "they had never had to replace this part and were not planning to manufacture the part until December 2009". I took my car in for an oil change on 11/21/09 on a used car I recently purchased. I also asked the manager to check the heater as my heat was not working in my car. My dads 2005 chrysler town and country got a flat tire on the front drivers side. The spare tire is located directly underneath the front seats of the vehicle. When we tried to lower the tire it only went down so far and then would go no further. I had to physically lift the tire up to release the latches that hold the tire up. In February of 2009 I gave the job of installing a rebuilt engine to this company, after many unanswered phone calls and email messages I demanded they finish my car last September the demanded a payment of $4000.00 in additino to the $11000.00 payment made earlier in the year around May 09.
