I had given my swift for repairs on the 19/10/2009, which was to be serviced within 4days. After 4 days the staff at ARYA CARS kept telling me about staff problems at there end & they would deliver the car at 12noon . After waiting till 2pm they would tell me it was being delivered at 6 in the evening. They never had the coutesy to even call back & inform that it was not being delivered. My compalint is specifically against Ms. Bharat Motors service centre, located at Mancheswar Industrial Estate at Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India.
I took my Hero Honda Passion pro MC for 2nd FREE servicing after advance booking at the authorised service centre on 26.10.09.

This sounded WAY too high. I called the service department and was quoted $70.

I have been insuring my vehicle with you for about 3 years. My bank did not pay you for a recent direct debit.
This was simply due to the fact that the bank took 5 days to clear cheques which I had lodged into my account.
They then charged me £25 for non payment of the direct debit, and now I see that you are now charging another £30 for the same payment.
I must say I find this to be grossly unfair.
I do not believe that I have ever missed a payment to yourselves before, and find your actions to be most distasteful.

I never received the complete set of keys for my new Kia Rhondo. I had to complain for 8 months, during which time I actually got into a verbal dispute with my sales rep Eddie Bae. He is the only Korean Sales Rep, in a large Korean community. This is why I went to him, due to my lack of english. latest is defective wiring that the service refuses to cover under Warranty, Vehicle purchased 1/1/2007, less than 30, 000 miles. Engine light showed this AM.
Brought vehicle to Dealer for 30, 000 service and to check idiot lights.
Service guy said it was rats or varmants that ate the wiring... Wrong. That is a lie. They do not want to cover their workman defects.
Previous issue, two years ago, a small pebble burst my gas tank creating a leak.

This company, HEAT Automotive, is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I ordered a remanufactured engine and was told it would arrive in 7-10 days. After two weeks I called to find out where the engine was. It took three more days before I finally got a call back - and that was only after threatening to cancel my order through the credit card company I used. When I went to pay the dues on October 22, 2009, to get my car back, I opened the trunk of the car and found out that there were some of my property missing: a red bat bag containing two softball gloves, two bats, two softballs, two regular gloves, a pair of spike shoes.

I have just been to put diesel in my car and when I paid for it and returned to the car, it didn't register any fuel. I asked the person behind the counter to check the pump for me but he refused and said he would give me a receipt, which he did. Just 3 months we purchased our first GM car in over 10 years, a 2010 Camaro SS with automatic transmission. My wife needed to replace her Honda Accord and she decided on the Camaro after much argument from me.
