I purchased Washer & Dryer. The sales lady who happens to be the evening manager also sold me two kits. One was pair of hoses for the washer, and other kit included the VENT and the electrical cable for the dryer. During the installation, the W/D had to be moved around couple of times to fit the area, and the vent kept popping out from the dryer end. Cold calling pc owners and claiming to work for Microsoft and the persons pc sent a report to say that there were errors on it. The website initally claimed 10 day money back guarantee, I called and sent an e-mail within the first two days of purchase. I called several times before I was able to get in contact with someone.
