I want to Submit this complaints against my HP Dv2713tu Notebook. After 7 months the battery of laptop stops performing. When I go to hp servise center they refused to change it despite the laptop was under warrent period. I must say HR servise centre are the worst centre and they make fool of their customer. Their poor after sale services are thge only reason for rise of sale of other company like Dell. Moreover Dv series laptop generate lots of heat which is unbearavle sometime. Vodafone USB stick Model K4505Z HSPA+ which was purchased by us on 20 October 2010. It is now 26 November and we have been back to the Vodashop, Hout Bay 9 times to tell them that there must be something wrong with the USB. It overheats and bombs out of the internet at least 9 x in 4 hours. Tried to Skype and it bombed out immediately. The assistants and Manager have told me that they cannot replace it but can send it to a Service Dept and that I had run out of airtime. A BUSH DAB radio was received with a faulty LCD display - you could not tell what channel was tuned in so I checked the INEST web site for their returns policy. I work at a university and ordered toner from HP.com and received it the next day. The condition of the packaging was unbelievable and unacceptable. I don't know who to blame, HP or Fed Ex, but more likely Fed Ex. I attached a picture of the packaging AS IT ARRIVED. I didn't sign for the package but heard that the Fed Ex delivery person shrugged it off when questioned about the packaging. They claim they have a recorded phone conversation of me agreeing to get a computer on November 22, 2010. I'm disabled and on a very limited income. With Christmas being next month there is no way in hell I agreed to that. After hours of frustrating phone calls my account was FINALLY cancelled. Hi, I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad 2 years back. Its right hinge screen is breaking apart. Now it seems that is a design issue with the product and lots of people have the same issue. Lenovo customer reps are even admitting to this when we call them, but for this to be fixed the laptop needs to be in warranty. If this is a design issue, shouldn't lenovo issue a recall and fix it? It is not my fault. I can't afford a new laptop, but because of lenovo's bad design i may have to take a loan and purchase a new laptop.
