I bought Samsung LED 55 inch ($3K) last year July and recently I started noticing that half of the screen is getting darker than the other half. In addition, there's a spot that lost the color. I contacted Samsung Customer Service and they sent out third party vendor to replace T-COW part. After that we still had the issue. Now the technitian says it needs a new LED Panel wihch means basically replace the 90% of the tv. Rang up offering 2 printer cartridges cheap. Have sent a total of 35 cartridges which they claim I ordered. Every time they send more they assure me that this is the last part of my order (which I supposedly signed for) but they keep sending more. This copy machine is the very worst I've ever used. We bought for our very small office and it's limited copying needs. Even so, it has been terrible choice. It is extremely slow. And, after putting in a new ink cartridge, we often can't get the copier to reset. So over and over, we have to do a complicated process of align, cancel, etc. to finally, hopefully, get it to copy. Watch out for this computer salesman and techie who will charm you into thinking he's a nice helpful guy. I purchased an ASUS laptop, Model A8JS, from Newegg with a three year warranty. The laptop hinges broke after a 2years. The laptop was never dropped or mishandled and was opened and closed normally, still the hinges broke. I sent the laptop to Service Net, the extended warranty company. I took it to Supertechs in Kansas City who changed the motherboard based on the 1 year warranty which had not expired then. Last month, March 2009, the system developed a problem again. I purchased a front load washing machine in September 2008. It broke down and was repaired under warranty 11 months later in August 2009. It failed again 8 months later in mid-April this year. Electrolux sent a service representative who advised our 19 month old washing machine is defunct and not economical to repair! They now want $95 from us for the callout!
