I accidently dropped my notebook and the CD/DVR optical drive will not stay closed. I spoke to a representative almost 3 weeks ago who told me my notebook is not covered under the accidental damage protection plan. I know I selected that service plan. I purchased a Gateway MX6956 computer on 11/28/2006 from Best Buy #302 Skokie, ILL. The unit worked without any problems until August 2007 when the Sprint Mobile Broadband PCMCIA card failed to power up. I bought a Bissell pro-heat carpet shampooer, and it stopped working after 3 uses. I exchanged it for another one at Walmart, and a year later it isn't working. Walmart no longer exchanges or refunds money for Bissell shampooers. I called Bissells customer service, and the problem was more than a trouble shooting problem that could be fixed on the phone. I was given a repair service for my location, called them, they said they have a flat rate charge for fixing Bissells because they continue to break over and over, and the repair people cannot work for free. I have the Gateway monitor Modal# lp2207. I was gifted it by a friend who tells me it was purchased in December of 2009 from Walmart. When I fired my computer up one morning the little orange or red light on the monitor turned blue and then shut off. It looks as if the monitor is completely off. I purchased this Pricey item $529.95 online for instore pickup for my daughters 18th birthday. It was bought online I printed the receipt and waited for E-mail confirmation. On all of thier ads they say how they are the BEST vacuum cleaner on the market however, I wanted a GOOD vacuums as I have a white dog that sheds and it doesn't even pick up dog hair. I purchased Voltas Vertis 1Ton A/ C on 2nd May 2010 from Croma, Rohini. They came install it on 4th May. I called Verizon Wireless to cancel service in January 2010. Was talked into just suspending my account. I was no longer under contract with Verizon. I purchased a bolens push mower at lowes. I used it for the first time in the fall to make the last cut of my yard before the frost got the grass. The skirt that hangs down in the back would stop the blade when you backed up and kill the mower.
