I used to be a HP fan, until i got my laptop last year, it had problems, i sent it for repair, after it came back, within a month of coming back it had the same problems, but by then the warranty was finished. And HP wouldn't fix it anymore. Its not my fault if the repairs engineer doesn't repair the product properly. i used to be a loyal HP customer, totally feeling like being raped. We recently purchased a Model 669 meat slicer. It has fatal flaws. The screws attaching the food carriage lack a slot to place a tool while removing the nuts. (for cleaning purposes) And... the screws attaching the food dellector & rear blade guide are sheet metal screws ... (Should be standard threads... they fasten into "White Metal" ... Zinc+Manganese?? I have had nothing but trouble with my 2+ year laptop from Dell. My hard drive just crashed for the second time, not from any virus, but physically broke. have had to replace the keyboard twice, due to keys stopping working.
