I purchased a front load washing machine in September 2008. It broke down and was repaired under warranty 11 months later in August 2009. It failed again 8 months later in mid-April this year. Electrolux sent a service representative who advised our 19 month old washing machine is defunct and not economical to repair! They now want $95 from us for the callout! Ordered NAS online configured from site. A couple of weeks went by, and nothing. Called NASHQ and spoke to a Jason Isett, who said it was being configured and tested. I asked what was taking so long (most firms ship the same day or next day) and he was immediately very defensive. When he would not provide a ship date, or even an estimate, I made the decision to cancel the order. He said they charge 20% on all cancellations (and returns), and started getting abusive. This is a difficult merchant to deal with, and is likely a one man operation. I would recommend purchasing a NAS elsewhere. Then, I thought I should replace my 9 year old power supply and they had a really cheap one for $12.99 with $8.00 shipping. I should have known better! This relates to Apple, AT&T and the iPad. AT&T, in the last couple of days, announced the change of their wireless data plans. We all were told back in January when Apple announced the release of the iPad, that there would be an unlimited data plan with NO CONTRACT available for $30 with the 3G model of the iPad. HP Officejet 6500 Wireless Had to replace the magenta ink cartridge which requires breaking an orange tab off of the cartridge before inserting into the printer. Tab broke off ok but the cartridge leaked immediately all over hands and clothes. Can't remove ink from clothes and needed a brillo pad to clean hands. Emailed to HP asking where to send the cleaning bill. There only response was that they would send a replacement cartridge and no comment on the cleaning problem.
