we shipped my sons psp to the kmart repair back on march 3, 2010. sent by ups. I called to find out why it was not returned. the guy told me since it has past 30 days, they were going to refund the purchase price and the taxes on it. he said that we would recieve the refund on a card in 15 days. that time came and gone. now kmart is refusing to send the refund. I have been calling the 800 phone number, and the kmart associates are not answering. Seems like Sonys quality is going down hill. I have had a camera for just under 2 years for which i paid a 400 dollar premium over Canon and JVC . With less than 100 hours of recording this camera has autofocus issues and is not able to focus on anything. I have had other sony products for years and they go on and on but recently just like toyota the japanese company quality seems to be deteroriating. This is a fault in flash wiring assembly. However, Canon would not accept that this is a problem. After a while my camera flash stopped functioning, total burn out. The camera is 13 months old I complained to Canon who said there is nothing they could do, I can have the flash unit replaced at my cost. Two month ago I bought a Samsung M320 on a Virgin pay as you. Last Friday (May 7th 2010) this phone slipped out of its case and fell a total of two feet onto a gravel surface.
