all but out right called a liar/scammer about warrenty cord replacement(2nd one) then after three weeks and no less than 10 hours they sent me a cord with multible plug with a piece of paper with something about voltage may not match. it was a piece of junk and caused a huge burn on my knee. Just bought the samsung Blu-Ray play at Walmart for $168. Opened it up and all the equipment to make it work isn't in there, no LAN adaptor. you have to buy it separately. I went back to the store to get one. Walmart doesn't even sell the LAN adaptor in the store. We will have to go to Best Buy and pay another $79 for the adaptor. NOTHING on the box says you need this too till you open it up and try to use it for the first time. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Mac OS 10.6 has been out for almost 9 months and HP does not have a drive for scanjet 4890. In Sept HP said it would be out in Nov '09. Now the spring. Typical... Laptop City in El Paso, Texas sells and repairs laptops. I exchanged my Toshiba laptop for an HP Pavilion, because the cost to repair my laptop was more expensive than buying a used laptop. Big mistake! The store owner failed to explain what the warranty covered. I told him the cooling fans did not work, and he said he could fix them at a $90 dollar per hour labor rate. Purchased a 32" LCD Coby TV for my son on 9/19/09. It was his birthday present, he was turning 11. Last week unexpectedly the manual input controls stopped working, then the channel display stopped working. If you entered a "high" number channel it would make a "pop" sound and turn off.
