According to invoice date of 8/26/2010 Order No. 100826-964438 Customer No. 761327 I purchased a toner cartridge (Product COM106) for my Canon MF6540 copier. Installed a few days ago, it worked fine for approximately 500 copies and then began dumping toner making about half the copie page black. I have done everything I know to correct the problem, cleaning the cartridge and all elements of my copier. Nothing works. The cartridge has failed and is a total loss. I had a digital camera and was having trouble getting the mini CD to load the software. I call the 877 number on the CD. The technicial support rep asked me for the serial number on the CD. They sent me a link for the software. I noticed the serial number was off by one number. They assured me it was the correct driver for my camera. This grill caught fire behind control panel where the control valves are located destroying all of the ignitor wires. If I had not been standing next to this grill it would have burned out of control. It was about 3 weeks past the warranty expiration.
