I was on the internet and a screen popped up that said my computer was infected with some viruses and a worm was trying to steal passwords and it was critial to get this anti-virus program. My computer would not do anything and I couldn't click off of it. I purchased the 2 year plan which was 50.64. We as well purchased the same HP Plasma Color TV and of course we heard the dreaded POP and the screen went black but still have the sound. Tried to contact HP but all they want is 629.00 in order to repair it. Seems the circuit board on the inside is faulty. It is an 89.00 part and HP is aware that all of us have had this issue but it is a major hassle trying to contact anyone who can help you and they do not offer any incentive to help replace the part. I have a Logitech V450 Nano Mouse. This is a wireless laser mouse with a nano receiver. The mouse has worked great until I wanted to remove the receiver from my laptop to use on another laptop. When I removed the receiver it fell apart. Now it is in three pieces.(Which is all there is) I put it back together, but it will not work. I've purchased two Apple products (laptop and iPhone) and have had horrible experiences with them both. The laptop (PowerBook G3 Wallstreet) crashed more often than the Wright Bros. It crashed or froze 3 times a day. It would say "you've experienced an error of -3" or some such cryptic message. I mail ordered this thing and lived in E. I just recently found this site... Its great! So I just bought the Olympus Stylus Tough Digital Camera... Its suppose to be "Shock proof up to 6.6 feet and waterproof up to 33ft" but it is not!! I was showing off to my neighbors how neat this camera was and said "watch this" I dropped it from roughly 5ft and the screen shattered! Worst of all I didnt have my pictures on a removable disk... it was stored on the hard drive of the camera and its non recoverable now.
