At the time of purchase I didnt check it that was my mistake, so the dealer didnt replace it and asked me to check with the service center. Sent them a Dell laptop Battery Jan 13, 2010 with check for $84 which cleared Jan. 20. Cost me $9.19 to send it UPS. My husband and I ordered a Nikon digital camera from Blue Hippo. The product was paid in full. After 1 year we still haven't received our camera.
