I had purchased the Samsung SBH 500 Bluetoooth Stereo Headset from Harvey Norman in Perth for 150 $ AUD last year in april, i found it to be really good in terms of performance but the plastic band that hold the earphones together keps cracking, the first crack developed 3 months after i brought the product, and i have barely used it. so i glued it together and later there are cracks developed close to the earphones and it useless, i have alot of samsung products but this one by far was the worst i ever purchased, i hope they could give me a replacement band for the headset. read full review »

Company will call you and tell you they were referred to you by Microsoft and that Microsoft notified them that you have malware and viruses. They then proceed to tell you that you need to download their software and install it. They only have your name and number but have no other information. This company RE-sells used items along with providing misinformation in their item description. They sell computer hardware that are not properly tested for quality. I had purchased a motherboard from this company through ebay, and i received it in a poorly packaged box without proper cushioning. I have paid for $7.99 shipping, and the label clearly said $2.71. Very disappointed. Unreliable phone service and horrendous customer support. I use the 30-day plan and refill it on my own. I've never come close to using all my minutes, but I frequently get messages telling me I'm out of minutes, even though my 30 days are not expired and their website indicates I have hours left in my account. Calls to the toll-free number nearly always result the message "Due to uncommonly high call volume, we can't take your call" message. I was double charged when I refilled my minutes over the phone. I am now 30 hours into trying to get this resolved and I still have no results. Due to the double charges, I now have a giant amount of overdraft fees as I did not have an extra 46.08 in the account to cover the double charges. Now they will NOT make it right. It started to have problems within the 1st month by just shutting down at random, the fonts and icons would change size dramatically and finally the screen has gone black permanently. Throughout the whole time HP would not replace what was clearly a malfunctioning unit as I made repeated calls to their pathetic call centre just to keep it barely running.
